Repair Technician Zachery Harrison was highly professional, efficient, and personable. He called ahead prividing us with an update re our appointment, he arrived on time, and he quickly diagnosed and repaired the broken coupler on our overhead garage door opener. He even showed us the broken piece which was preventing the door from opening. He did not over sell us and/or charge us for unneeded services. They did a great job my garage door was in shambles , the spring was broken , the chain was broken , Austin did the repair all within 3 1/2 hours and replace the whole system with Wi-Fi Bluetooth technology we can close the door with the local remote or with our phone with the Aladdin app he explained it very well. Mr. Harris arrived on time and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes—a faulty wire on the safety beam. After repairing that issue, he checked the rest of the system and lubricated it.
