The technician Izak came out and adjusted the door, the spring, and the door opener and got the door working smoothly again. He was warm, friendly, and explained things in an understandable manner. Went with Precision by mistake as it was an emergency and the had an answering service. Live and learn to get more than one price quote. Will neve use 0Prevision again.

We had initially heard mixed reviews about Precision BUT PLEASE ALLOW THEM TO HELP YOU WILL ALL OF YOUR GARAGE DOOR NEEDS. We just had our garage door replaced, received multiple quotes, and in the end we made the decision to go with Precision because their customer service was excellent and they met us fairly with requests that we had. I needed a new motor/rail for my door and got three prices. The most expensive one was $1,400 and the tech also recommended $1000 in parts that were “worn.” Total-$2400! Another company installed a motor/rail system balanced the door provided two remotes etc for $525 and did all that with 5stat service. I know you have to pay for all the expensive tv Advertizing you do but really???
