I have used this company several times. Had them come out to see if they could fix one of the hinges on one of the panels. Dylan showed me that a few more were ready to do the same. we went over what they had so we got a new one. He got me the military discount. The here the next day and in about 3 hours it was completed. they did a wonderful job.

Austin and Precision exceeded my expectations! The tech called ahead to advise arrival time; he quickly analyzed the issue, and promptly provided 3 options. I decided on repair option - Austin quickly got to work, replacing bad parts and checking alignment and door operation multiple times to be sure everything was working properly. He reprogrammed a few remote openers, lubed the tracks, rollers and hinges - all within an hour! Austin was professional, courteous, and very efficient- I had him add a Precision decal to my garage door as your company will now be my preferred vendor for future garage door issues!
