Moved here 6 months ago and had Precision do a courteous new home owner inspection on our garage door. On time, great communication, professional technicians that know what they are doing. So when my garage door limits needed to be reset after a service tech messed with them doing a separate job, they sent a tech out and set limits and force. Precision performed previous repairs on my garage door and did a great job, so I called them again when a recent storm messed up my sensors. I was able to schedule the same day, which was very convenient. Jared Ebel was my technician and did an amazing job. He noted my old motor and drive were probably at their end of life (I had also observed this myself) and quoted a replacement with a much quieter WiFi controlled system. He didn’t pressure me at all and let me decide if I wanted to proceed or do the simple repair. The replacement cost was reasonable, and he completed the work promptly. Jared stuck around until everything was adjusted perfectly. I will continue using Precision in the future and recommend to anyone else. Thank you, Jared!

Called last Tuesday before the hurricane because the chain broke. I was given an appointment for Tuesday 10/15 12-4, received call to reschedule for the 17th. Chris was here today and fixed the problem. I have never had any issues with Precision when I call. Their technicians do a fantastic job, are knowledgeable. Outstanding Service. Our garage door was not working properly after Hurrican Milton. To my amazement we were able to get someone to come out on a Saturday and repair springs and reset the motor. I will use their service again. Our repairman was GREAT!
