The technician that came out to my property was very professional. He explained several options that I could take to fix the garage door to me and to my daughter on the phone. Not only was the two springs replaced but also the drums, shaft, roller and the flanged ball bearings. I've lived in this house over eighteen years so I knew it was time to replace the above. Overall I am very happy with the job performed.

Technician showed up on time (actually a little early) Surveyed the problem and inspected all aspects of the garage door. He determined the necesary repairs and offered a immediate solution and suggested a longer term fix. He repaired the door in a timely and efficient manner. We decided on the long term fix and thus far are very satisfied with the results.
