I received excellent service from the technician who preformed repair work on my garage door. The door was damaged due to my our fault and the service man didn't make me feel foolish in any way. He was kind and considerate of my feelings, and seemed to understand my home situation. I recently lost my husband due to a lengthy illness and my stress level was way out of proportion. Thank you for being so prompt in taking care of my garage door problem. I certainly appreciate all you have done for me. And may I add, the technician deserves a raise in pay! He was super. First I was impressed with the technician. Did a great job of installing a new garage door opener. I forgot about the coupon that I had in my pocket. After the installation, I called the office and was able to receive my coupon price. A check is going to be sent to my home.
