He didn't have the motor I wanted. They only offer linear and liftmaster. I wanted a Genie. After weighing the options I decided to go with the linear and I'm happy with how quiet and well it runs. I guess it's not so bad.

Blake arrived at my home at the prearranged time to in stall a new garage door opener which I had purchased via a silent auction benefiting St. Patrick Church in Largo, FL. I had made the original contact with Precision through Griffin. I am writing this letter to Precision to let the company know how completely satisfied and happy I am with the service, demeanor, professional treatment and efficiency that Mr. Bailey carried out his duties in replacing my old opener with the new Precision opener.
