Jose is top notch!! He was able to find, fix and then explained what the problem was. Precision installed our garage door and opener in 2013 and there is no other company we would call for service. And they are quick to respond when you call. It would tough to get any better!

A couple of neighbors got a few estimates from Precision as well as others and decided on Precision. We really liked the work that was done. We took their advice and went with Precision. The initial contact was Michele and she was wonderful. Justin came to install and he was wonderful as well. I truly would recommend Precision to all of my friends. Both Michele and Justin were friendly, courteous and competent. Props to you!

Jose was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He was in communication with the company and resolved no only the problem with my garage door, but my questions about previous service calls. Jose and Precision seem to work like a fine-tuned machine! By the way, my garage door is working great, and it is quieter and smoother running than when it was brand new. Thanks!
