I have found the representatives of this company to be friendly and very professional! Michelle, the salesperson, was personable and knowledgeable, and answered my questions completely. She was doown-to-earth and didn’t try to hiigh-pressure sell me, just sold me exactly what I wanted after explaining what was available. Justin, the installer, was amazing! He arrived early, did a thorough and meticulous job with the install, and cleaned up to the last detail. He went above and beyond! I’ll recommend Precision every chance I get. Thank you for being one of the most reliable companies out there!

Precision replaced the rollers several years ago. When the motor stopped working this morning I called. Two hours later Dallas came replaced the motor & all the other equipment needed to bring us up to date. There isn't enough room here for me to tell you how happy I am with Precision. Not only that they didn't bog us down with a steep price. PRECISION is #1 in my book.

Matt has come twice to do repairs on different areas both times. The first was springs and rollers replacements. He made sure our garage door safety issues were corrected as it was extremely unsafe as it was jerry-rigged by the prior owner using parts not designed or appropriate for the situation. This time he came as our belt snapped. He advised us due to the age of the motor, while he would be happy to replace the belt, it would be putting money into the unit without knowing how much longer the unit might last. He has not been pushy either time providing us with expert knowledge. My wife and I could not be happier or feel more comfortable.
