The technician was very good and completed the job in 45 minutes. That included changing one broken spring on a single garage door. The first price he quoted was $500 and I refused. So he came back with another price of $400 for a different kind of spring. I didn’t looked at the springs to see the difference because it was a Thursday night. I still think $400 was overpriced because a spring for that door is $100 dollars or less at Home Depot. But under the circumstances I went with the $400 replacement. It works fine again! I think $400 for just 20 minutes actual work is over priced. But the company was excellent as was the technician doing the job.

Had them come out to give an estimate for new garage opener or fix the old one . Technician said he wasn’t able to fix the old one he would need to replace it . He gave me a price of $3000 to replace the garage door opener. Just by me saying no thank you he came down to $1400 . Thanks but no thanks , I will Just go to Lowe’s and have them install a new one . Technician response was we just signed a contract with Lowe’s . It will probably be me coming out to install it . That made my decision easier, I went to Home Depot and bought new garage opener and them install it , all for $500 Precision garage is only inflating and marking up things you don’t need . I don’t blame technician , he’s only doing what he has been told by corporate!!!

Precision is second to none. In less than 2 hours the problem with the door opener was diagnosed and replacement was accomplished. Everything needed was in the truck. The tech, Adam, was an absolute professional and a damn nice guy. When I have an issue with the door or opener, I always call Precision.

We had a small issue with our door, however our tech completed a full check of all working parts and discovered a cable that was extremely close to snapping. It was by first luck, then second awesome due diligence that we found the issue that could’ve resulted in disaster. It was expensive to replace the cables and wheels required, but quite necessary for our family safety.

Great service from inquiry to repair. I called the number after hours. It went into a hold loop. I hung up instead of holding and about 20 minutes later I got a text message with a follow up, asking if they could be of assistance. I was able to ask questions and schedule my service via text for the following morning. The service tech (Isak) was on time, communicated everything he was doing and completed the repair quickly and neatly. I would highly recommend them.

Garage door motor went into reverse mode so I phoned Precision which sent Jackson within two hours of the call and he installed better replacement one,keypad and remotes for reasonable price. Other firms are on tv but Precision has the quality reputation for installers who are personable and professional like Jackson so even on weekends,you can expect good service when you need it.

The whole process of replacing my two garage doors could not have been easier or more professional. The call to the office was very professional. I got a quote immediately for the doors I wanted and a picture of what I ordered to show my wife. I accepted the estimate and got a phone call to schedule an appointment. They sent a guy to measure the doors to make sure that they were standard. He explained the whole process nicely and was very friendly.
