We had initially heard mixed reviews about Precision BUT PLEASE ALLOW THEM TO HELP YOU WILL ALL OF YOUR GARAGE DOOR NEEDS. We just had our garage door replaced, received multiple quotes, and in the end we made the decision to go with Precision because their customer service was excellent and they met us fairly with requests that we had. They also were able to install quickly unlike any other company and the technicians that installed the door did an amazing job, were helpful, knowledgeable, and spoke highly of their employer. Through our the whole process Precision went above and beyond. I never do reviews and went out of my way to do this one! Thanks to everyone at Precision especially our sales rep Anastasia who helped facilitate all of our needs.

Service man was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant. Was not happy with cost of replacement of opener/motor. Cost on line for pricing of garage door motors were less than half of what you charged. Would be beneficial to the senior citizens in the area to note that perhaps a discount could help in replacement costs in the future.

James arrived promptly and gave an estimate. Unfortunately at biilling time the bill was hundreds of dollars more than the quote. I may be a senior citizen but I can still do math. James claimed there was a problem wirth his tablet that was double billing. I took out my calculator and found my bill with tax should be more than $500.00 less.

I want to commend you for having a great employee, such as Garrett. He came out to check my garage door that didn't seem right. Someone else from Precision used an incorrect tension spring on my garage door. After about 45 minutes of investigation, Garrett came back to my door and said he was going to replace the springs. He was professional. He was honest and hats off to you for employing a fine young guy.

AUSTIN ORTON came to my home and his service was beyond awesome! In the last 5 years many service representatives have come to my Belleair residence to do numerous services to all of the bells and whistles in our home. None can come close to the capabilities of Austin. He arrived on time and was extremely professional, listened well, discussed the alternatives available to address our needs. When I gave him my order he immediately went to his well organized truck, and had all of the products needed to complete the job. Your technician Doran was excellent. He took his time to explain all of the options and allowed me to choose what I thought was best for me. He did not try to push me into paying for something the I did not need. He was very professional and kind. He even saved my neighbors puppy when it got out of the yard and came over and sat down in Doran's lap. The neighbor was very appreciative that he helped her puppy. As was I.
