I have seen the Precision commercials over and over and never thought I would have Garage Door problems. Well, the main spring broke today and I like to keep my new truck safe in the garage. I called Precision and they were over within an hour. I was given detailed info as to how the problem would be solved and a quoted a fair price. The service installed was excellent and you could tell he knew what he was doing. Completed in less than 90 minutes and showed me where to spray lube he gave me. This is truly an outstanding company that gets it done the right way. Thank You!!

Precision was the right company to call for repairs and installing new openers. We have used Precision for several years and they do good work. Chris knew exactly why our opener was not working. He replaced the opener, set code on remote, and explained everything.

The technicians are always very helpful and friendly; however, they are EXTREMELY overpriced. I feel very taken advantage of by what I was charged. I can not say I will be calling them back for additional service with this being the case.

I asked Precision for a quote on my garage door springs. I was told by another company I needed to have them replaced. They sent Jordan Earhart. What a nice guy. It turns out I don't need to replace them yet. Jordan checked the springs and the date on the springs. They were working fine and only from 2021. I will make sure to use Percision when I do need to replace them. I am really impressed. Great company, and honest.

Precision Garage Doors fixed my door opener today, the same day I called for help! My opener was damaged by a lightning strike. The technician diagnosed the problem and had a replacement circuit board on hand. The tech was neat and courteous. I am beyond satisified with the service I recieved. I am a repeat customer having purchased the door and opener 4 years ago. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors!!

In the late afternoon of 8/3/24, Jackson, from Precision, came promptly to my home to repair my garage door. After evaluation of the problem, it was determined that a new motor needed to be installed. Jackson immediately got to work, and I now have a working garage door. Jackson was fabulous! The outside remote on my garage door stopped working. I called Precision and some was out within 2 hours and had it fixed. Excellent customer service, very nice and knowledgeable about the product. They replaced my garage door awhile back with the same quality service.

The service was great. They called ahead, arrived inside the appointment window, and repaired the issue for a reasonable price (all the same day). The repair technician was great!

Very disappointed. Our remotes stopped working ao we called to have our garage door looked at. The technician said he could fix it by reprogramming it and while he was here would service (lubricate the door) . I said fine, Total price ~$200. We were then told that reprogramming didn’t work, which I’m not surprised because I told him I already tried that. I then told him I would pay the service charge and that we needed to think about other options. He then said I was still going to be charged the $200 fee for the call and maintenance. So I spent $200 for nothing. I then found an 8 step trouble shoot for my problem on the chamberlain website that the service tech didn’t even perform. What a joke. I do not recommend this company.
