I put my garage door up,backed out to leave and the door was stuck in an up position. I immediately Precision Door (the 888 #) and couldn't get an apptmt until late tomorrow - meaning I would have to sleep tonight with access to my home thru the open garage. Fortunately, I found the local # in my file from previous business with Precision and was scheduled today. Your representative came and immediately spotted the problem and within a few minutes, it was fixed. I must give special praise to this young man. Not only was he very knowledgeable, but the nicest, most courteous young man I have seen in a very long time. The whole experience with your office was great.

I would recommend this company to anybody. They did a great job my garage door was in shambles , the spring was broken , the chain was broken , Austin did the repair all within 3 1/2 hours and replace the whole system with Wi-Fi Bluetooth technology we can close the door with the local remote or with our phone with the Aladdin app he explained it very well. Give this guy a raise. If you do I’ll send “all” my doctor friends to you as well.

My garage door broke on Sunday and I couldn't get my cars from the garage. Precision replaced and upgraded major parts of the door (spring, remote opener, rollers, seal, etc) and even programmed the new opener in my two cars. I called Sunday morning about 9AM, I was able to get my cars out by 11:30 and the repairs were completed by 3PM. They were very prompt and polite and explained repairs fully. Couldn't be happier.

We would absolutely recommend Precision Overhead Garage door. The spring broke on our door, so we were unable to get our vehicles out. I called and spoke to a representative and was assured someone would be out later in the day. They even told me the name of their repairman - Timothy Vaughan along with photo I.D. Timothy was great !!!! Very friendly, courteous and explained everything in detail what needed to be done for the repairs. He replaced the spring, but also showed us that we had rust and deterioration on the cables, so they were replaced too. Overall, a great experience and prompt service.

Precisión originally installed the garage door. I called this afternoon explained what was wrong and Amanda gave me an appointment for after 6 this evening. Technician Chris called and came over before the scheduled time. I was very happy with his work and also his friendliness. Kudos to both Amanda and Chris who are an asset to your company

Mr. Harris arrived on time and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes—a faulty wire on the safety beam. After repairing that issue, he checked the rest of the system and lubricated it. Given that the system is under warranty there was no charge for his service visit. We were impressed by his professionalism!

The garage door would not come down, unless I held the button until the door came all the way down. Technician was polite, explained what the problem was (sensor was obstructed, but resolved itself). Technician also lubricated the runners, because they were not lubricated in 3 years, he also explained that the runners should be lubricated often. I was not aware that the runners need to be lubricated.

Actually I did have an appointment with another company that could not accommodate me until the following week of course I see all of your commercials but in Friday’s paper there was an ad and I said let me call and precision was able to accommodate me the same day great fast service. Logan that doesn’t have a picture yet and he needs one was very courteous knowledgeable and just a great all-around guy. He did call John that has been with the company for over 20 years and he showed up it was like we all had a party and we knew each other forever. John did help Logan a little to get the job done quicker but I have to tell you even the next day one of my neighbors came over and asked if we were having a party over here because it was just like having family there and having a good time while getting the job done. I would recommend these guys anytime of the day just playing professional knowing their job very well while making the customer very comfortable. But I got a Tell you when it came to the bill oh Mylanta LOL just joking I know without a doubt my garage door opener will outlive me. Thank you Logan and John more so Logan because he did more work than John and when Logan and John read this they will know why I have worded it the way that I have because as I said we just had a good time????
