Called last Tuesday before the hurricane because the chain broke. I was given an appointment for Tuesday 10/15 12-4, received call to reschedule for the 17th. Chris was here today and fixed the problem. I have never had any issues with Precision when I call. Their technicians do a fantastic job, are knowledgeable. Kudos to your company for great customer service.

Outstanding Service. Our garage door was not working properly after Hurrican Milton. To my amazement we were able to get someone to come out on a Saturday and repair springs and reset the motor. I will use their service again. Our repairman was GREAT!
