Isak, our Garage Door Repair Technician was awesome. He even called to let me know what time he would be arriving. He was friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He explained to me what needed to be fixed and prepared a quote. He completed the work the same day. He even managed to work around all the items we have stored in our garage. We are so happy our garage door is working now. He even programmed our remote garage door openers and our cars. He asked me to save his direct cell number in case we had any other questions. Two years ago Precision installed a new Genie garage door opener. By the way, they did a great job in record time. When the opener malfunctioned I called the office and a very personable young lady took all my information and quickly told me the opener was still under warranty as well as QUICKLY arranging a service call the very next day. As promised technicians showed up after having left a message that they were on the way. Within less than an hour I had a brand new opener that apparently comes with a new 3 year warranty. It doesn’t get any better than that! Thank you Precision for being a company that people can trust.

Office staff very helpful, scheduled an appointment the next day for our door repair. Jared arrived the next day when he said he would, very nice and knowledgable about our issue. He fixed our problem in a short amount of time so I could get back to work. We had our garage doors installed in 2017, this was the first time we have had to call them with a minor issue! Precision Garage Doors are top notch! They installed a new garage door for us last year (which works great), and at the time we opted not to have a remote keypad opener installed. But after several mishaps with my wife and daughter being locked out of the house I called Precision to install the keypad for us. Nelson came out about two hours after I called and had it installed in less than 30 minutes! Precision is really a class act and a pleasure to do business with.
