Thanks Precision! Your technician Keith Allen was very professional. He completed the repair and answered several questions I had regarding the garage door. Keith had one of the new tension springs break and luckily he received only a bruise and a scratch to is elbow. I thought about doing the repair myself and read the horror stories on the internet about injuries to people doing the repair themselves. I have to say, I am glad I didn't do the repair myself and called Precision. Thanks again for a job well done! Paul
