Technician Blake did a super job in 2011, and again today 8/19/2013. The installed spring on the garage door lost tension and was creating heavy pull on the newly installed garage door opener. Blke adjusted the spring and confirmed everything was in functional order before leaving the premises. His mannerism was tops and if we ever need Precision doors for any further issues, we request Blake to be our technician please.

The door lifter was originally purchased from Precision. Mike Boyle was excellent. He was prompt and I appreciated not having to wait all afternoon.
