Technician Michael (Mick) installed a rudder under overhead garage door to keep water from leaking into garage when door is closed. Mick is a most pleasant individual, and was clear and thorough with instructions for me to follow for 24 hours after installation. ...........There's no option below to check for the product I purchased. And for service performed, I chose "door repair" which also doesn't describe very well what the job entailed. I first learned of Precision on TV and had them help with another task some time ago, so I felt comfortable calling again to take on this task. Yes, I will call again if and when need be. Thank you!

Mickey called and came early. He was very professional but friendly He sat down with us explained the problem and gave us options to repair it. My name is Audrey. Very nice professional representative. Explained everything before he started. Always saw your trucks on the road, ads on TV and Several newspapers. My husband always looked at how the trucks and workers looked. If they were in good condition he figured the work would be also. He was a policeman in NJ so he observed a lot on the road.

My technician was very nice, very professional, honest. i didn’t have any other companies i contacted so i really have no room for comparison. , yet this company had a great rating and reviews. i’m satisfied, with the replacement of very old garage door springs, yet the price seemed a little steep, I am physically challenged , and i’m an ex. professional, yet as a senior it’s difficult to find honest people when it comes to repairs on my home. This is a good company , and i would call them back again.
