Expensive. Service was fine, but Home Depot/Lowe's offer a comparable 3/4 HP, belt motor -- installed -- for $500. Came out for a tune-up. Wasn't planning to buy a new motor ($860, including $60 extra for the outside keypad) so I didn't shop around. Wish I had.

Initially scheduled a garage door opener repair, however we suspected that would become a garage door opener replacement. When we learned this would be the case, we were not at all surprised. We were very pleased with the service call (within 24 hours) and the attention to detail provided by the Service Technician. You all are great! Rebecca came out and gave me my quote. Amazed about the pricing and the savings I received. Rebecca at first told me that with the door I was requesting that there would be a 3-4 week turn around time from ordering, so with that in mind when i called to schedule I was surprised to find out the door was in stock and they could get me scheduled right away. Now day of appointment. Gerald was my technician. He called me 20 mins prior and was right on time. I was the first one that morning and with in 3 hours he had removed old door, installed new door and new opener. Quick and efficient. Both had great attitudes. Very happy I chose Precision.
