This was our second garage door opener and repairs or upgrades to the 15 year old door and hardware. Both times Precision Door Service delivered quality parts and great workmanship. Our tech this time was Stefan H. He communicated with us clearly and detailed our options for the needed repairs. He was no pressure and accomplished the job quickly. I called Precision because they were able to come the following day first thing in the morning, unlike their competitor. James, the technician, called in advance to let me know he was on the way. He assessed the issue I was having with my garage door and opener and gave me several options in which to choose from (i.e., things that needed replacing and parts that were worn). After I made my decision, he completed the work in a few hours and helped me reprogram my garage door opener in my car. I now have a new, quieter, garage door opener and a keypad which I never had before. James was very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend Precision!

Mike F., the service tech who came out, was awesome! Courteous, professional, and friendly.. He gets 5 stars ?? ?? ?? ?? ??! He even helped with other parts and longer extended warranty. As far as Precision .. I won’t be recommending or using their services again. Total price gauging on garage door springs!!! $460 each! I asked several other garage door companies who would have installed them for almost 1/2 of what I paid Precision I priced the springs out and for the “upgraded” type Precision installed, and they should have been no more than $150 each. I even found the exact springs that precision used for $93 each. I was totally ripped off and taken advantage of.

Used Precision a few years ago to replace an old open/close system and strengthen the door. The "new" door was a tremendous improvement. Not only the way it worked but also the additional strength it provided. And no more racket moving up and down! The up/down switch failed-called them a 9:00, repaired at 12:30 same day. Under warranty. And the service staff-top of the line.

My Technician was: Bryan (A) – Stewart. He arrived right on time after giving me a personal call to let me know when I could expect him. Bryan checked both my garage doors for proper operation and talked to me about what changes I needed. Then he installed two new outside garage security controls & programed them to specifications. They worked perfectly after a few minutes of installation. Then he installed a new inside wireless control on the wall near the walk-in door of the garage. That only took a few minutes and also worked perfectly. Bryan was very professional, well trained, and arrived in a well-marked, well equipped, Precision Garage Door Truck. He was in uniform with mask on and was a very polite young man. I will always call Precision Garage Door for any install or repair that I am in need of. Thanks for A Great Job, Well Done.

Something caused the door to get 'off track' and it wouldn't close all the way. We called Precision as they had done the initial installation. They came out very early the next day and it was fixed within the hour! Very efficient and professional.

Expensive. Service was fine, but Home Depot/Lowe's offer a comparable 3/4 HP, belt motor -- installed -- for $500. Came out for a tune-up. Wasn't planning to buy a new motor ($860, including $60 extra for the outside keypad) so I didn't shop around. Wish I had.

Initially scheduled a garage door opener repair, however we suspected that would become a garage door opener replacement. When we learned this would be the case, we were not at all surprised. We were very pleased with the service call (within 24 hours) and the attention to detail provided by the Service Technician. Our garage door has never functioned so quietly and we are most pleased with every step of the process. Would highly recommend Precision for repair or new install.

Austin the Tech was spot on. Very professional and answered all my questions. As they advertise, the Tech followed all Covid-19 rules. He maintained his distance with mask and gloves. My garage door is like new when he was done. The customer service was spot on from my call for service to the service provided. This company is my “Go To” from now on. Highly recommend them.
