Circuit board failure causing remotes to fail to open garage door intermittently. Decided to change out to a new Precision motor. Jason Daring was the technician who explained all options and then efficiently installed the new motor. Jason answered all my questions and assured all performed perfectly before completion. The cost was fair and reasonable. I have used Precision on 2 of my Florida homes and am completely satisfied with their workmanship.

Senior Residential Technician Matt Leto came out to my residence to replace the keyless garage entry pad on a garage door that I had installed several years ago. Matt was excellent. He was professional, efficient, courteous, and was happy to answer all my questions. Percision Garage Doors always shows up on time (sometimes early). Their reps are always polite, respectful, and very knowledgable. They evaluate what is needed with my garage door each time and then are honest about what needs to be addressed immediately and what can wait. Arnold S. was the rep who came out to fix our garage door today. He was very respectful, took his time to explain everything, showed us what needed repaired, gave us estimates, did not pressure us, and fixed the garage door. You all are great! Rebecca came out and gave me my quote. Amazed about the pricing and the savings I received. Rebecca at first told me that with the door I was requesting that there would be a 3-4 week turn around time from ordering, so with that in mind when i called to schedule I was surprised to find out the door was in stock and they could get me scheduled right away. Now day of appointment. Gerald was my technician. He called me 20 mins prior and was right on time. I was the first one that morning and with in 3 hours he had removed old door, installed new door and new opener. Quick and efficient. Both had great attitudes. Very happy I chose Precision.

John Pappas came out around 3:00 this afternoon and installed my new 3/4 horsepower belt driven motor. It is very quite and very efficient. It came with a lifetime warranty and 2 openers. Service guy was fast, polite, and professional. Pricing was absurd, ~$100 worth of parts from any retail store and about an hour of labor to change a spring and they billed me $900. If we werent in a rush, we would have gone with another vendor. It costs $850 for a new door installed with parts, why does replacing a few parts cost the same? I left them a message on this and no response.
