Christian Walker was phenominal! He called twenty minutes away and arrived within that time. He explained my options and costs and let me decide. Work was done within a short time. He replaced the motor, "eyes", installed a new pad to open the garage door from the iside, and installed a new keypad outside the garage for ease of entry. He was professional the entire time and a pleasure to talk with. Two years ago, Precision came to my house to take care of some issues I was concerned with. I was impressed then and had no hesitation to call this time, as I knew what a great job your company provided me then. And, I won't hesitate to recommend your company in the future.

Our spring broke on the garage door, on Sunday, of all days. I had hoped to go on line and find service for the upcoming week. Surprise I found precision and not only were they open on Sunday, they had someone to my house within the hour and replaced our overhead springs!!! Oh and NO additional fee for a weekend servicd call!! From the initial phone call to the completed service, to say I am impressed is an UNDERSTATEMENT!!! Friendly, fast, and prompt!!! My husband and I were extremely impressed with the professionalism and expertise of our technician, Arnold Simpson. We had lost power the previous day and couldn't figure out how to return the opener to the trolley. Arnold was very patient and explained how to do it for future reference. We explained that it had been several years since any maintenance on the unit. He did an estimate on our unit and recommended replacing the rollers and other items as well. We knew that some of the parts were aging and we authorized him to complete the items he had recommended. He completed the work in a timely fashion and we are very satisfied with his work. He answered all of our questions in a patient and personable manner. We will highly recommend Precision to our neighbors and friends.

Hiring Precision Overhead Garage Door was a great decision. Courtney helped us pick out and design two custom doors. She was very courtesy and knowledgeable. Tyler and his team of installers arrived when they said they would and did an incredible job installing both doors. We would absolutely recommend Precision Overhead Garage door. The spring broke on our door, so we were unable to get our vehicles out. I called and spoke to a representative and was assured someone would be out later in the day. They even told me the name of their repairman - Timothy Vaughan along with photo I.D. Timothy was great !!!! Very friendly, courteous and explained everything in detail what needed to be done for the repairs. He replaced the spring, but also showed us that we had rust and deterioration on the cables, so they were replaced too. Overall, a great experience and prompt service.

James arrived promptly and gave an estimate. Unfortunately at biilling time the bill was hundreds of dollars more than the quote. I may be a senior citizen but I can still do math. James claimed there was a problem wirth his tablet that was double billing. I took out my calculator and found my bill with tax should be more than $500.00 less.

I want to commend you for having a great employee, such as Garrett. He came out to check my garage door that didn't seem right. Someone else from Precision used an incorrect tension spring on my garage door. After about 45 minutes of investigation, Garrett came back to my door and said he was going to replace the springs. He was professional. He was honest and hats off to you for employing a fine young guy.
