Matt has come twice to do repairs on different areas both times. The first was springs and rollers replacements. He made sure our garage door safety issues were corrected as it was extremely unsafe as it was jerry-rigged by the prior owner using parts not designed or appropriate for the situation. This time he came as our belt snapped. He advised us due to the age of the motor, while he would be happy to replace the belt, it would be putting money into the unit without knowing how much longer the unit might last. He has not been pushy either time providing us with expert knowledge. My wife and I could not be happier or feel more comfortable.

After Hurricane Irma passed it was necessary for me to get my car out of the garage, I pulled the lever and I could manually open the door...the problem then was that the door would not stay open and I could not connect the disconnect lever. David Crowe, a service representative came out, adjusted the springs and connected the lever. I was completely satisfied with the service, his professionalism and his ability to explain the problem.
