Arnold did an awesome job! He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced and kept me informed through the whole repair process- so no surprises. He identified some potential future issues so I could make an informed decision on what to fix now and what could wait until later. Very thorough and I'm extremely happy about the visit and the job,

PRECISION came to my house on the day I needed them. The phone contact was easy and efficient. I actually talked to a real person, not voice mail. Nick Rossi was a wonderful technician and explained what needed to be done and then did it in a timely manner in a hot garage. Very professional and made me feel I was in good hands.

Replacement of tired Liftmaster garage door opener with a new Genie opener. Service, including programming of all devices and autos was performed on a Monday holiday weekend, on time and professionally completed in less than two hours. Our choice to use Precision Garage Door service was predicated on prior service calls requiring spring replacement and later complete garage door replacement with appropriate hurricane rated and insulated door.

Precision lived up to their reputation. They were fast, courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, they no longer work on my type of door so were ultimately unable to help me, however, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them in the future.

I have seen the Precision commercials over and over and never thought I would have Garage Door problems. Well, the main spring broke today and I like to keep my new truck safe in the garage. I called Precision and they were over within an hour. I was given detailed info as to how the problem would be solved and a quoted a fair price. The service installed was excellent and you could tell he knew what he was doing. Completed in less than 90 minutes and showed me where to spray lube he gave me. This is truly an outstanding company that gets it done the right way. Thank You!!

I had a garage door installed about a year ago by Precision. The most professional company I’ve ever dealt with. The installation went smoothly and the installer spent a good amount of time making sure I understood fully how to operate the door. The quality was outstanding and the door itself absolutely gorgeous. Had a little glitch yesterday so I called them expecting to have to wait a few days but no they were there within an hour. The glitch turned out to be a runaway remote lost in my handbag that was activated every time I picked up my bag. Mystery of the self opening door solved. They even had a sense of humor about my mistake. Then the young man took time to help me download an app to remotely control my door. Precision is literally the best in the business. They are the only one you should call.

The spring on our main garage door broke unexpectedly today. I needed it fixed ASAP. I had used Precision several years ago. I called them and I had an appointment guaranteed later in the day. The repair person, Alex, arrived on time, examined the damage and gave me a quote at that time. He also suggested additional improvements to the door which he explained in detail. It was mainly rust. So I had him do those improvements as well. He completed the job a little over an hour, reviewed everything with me to make sure I was satisfied with his work which I was and paid the bill. Alex was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend them to repair or replace any garage door.

My garage door spring broke over the weekend. On Sunday, I was able to book an appointment online for Monday morning with the Clearwater team. Chad, the service technician, called to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived he was very courteous, thorough and provided answers to all my questions. He also provided full estimates and options before moving ahead. The process was very easy and well-structured. I would recommend Precision to other friends and family.

Chris Enlow came out today and replaced my 30 year old Genie garage door opener. He was friendly, professional, and very informative. He also replaced the worn out wheels. Everything works great now. Chris even zapped a hornets nest by my front door. Now THAT is customer service!!

Due to our experience with Precision, you were our first and only call. The experience this time around was just as pleasant, just as informative and just as expedient as we expected. We contacted you via the website in the morning and you were here in the afternoon. You just can't beat that.
