I was having a problem with my small garage door so I called procession and they were prompt to send out a professional named Shawn who did a complete inspection of both my doors. He evaluated both doors and found multiple problems and many parts that needed to be replaced due to age and wear. We ultimately had to replace the complete opener for the large door but not before Shawn exhausted all other possible solutions. He was professional, polite and a technician you can truly be proud to have representing your company !

My garage door would not close and Precision Garage Door sent someone out the same day to provide a diagnosis. It was a Saturday which made their promptness all the more impressive. They diagnosed the problem which could not be fixed but installed a brand new garage door opener the same day. I was very impressed by the salesman and his efforts on a very warm day.

Our garage door spring broke around 8:30 pm. We called the local number and much to our surprise, they not only answered, but were able to schedule a technician for the next day. The technician arrived on time and was able make repairs and suggestions to improve our door's function. He was courteous and professional.

Calling to schedule was so easy and they scheduled me for the same day! The technician, Phil, was extremely knowledgeable and explained each component of the system and exactly how it was worn out and why it was making some terrible noises. He had the work completed in about an hour and everything works great. Phil also made sure I downloaded the app and explained all the features which I'm sure I'll use at some point. I was surprised to have been able to get a service appointment the same day at a very convenient time. Nelson came out, on time and was able to asses the problem and repair it very quickly. Isak, our Garage Door Repair Technician was awesome. He even called to let me know what time he would be arriving. He was friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He explained to me what needed to be fixed and prepared a quote. He completed the work the same day. He even managed to work around all the items we have stored in our garage. We are so happy our garage door is working now. He even programmed our remote garage door openers and our cars. He asked me to save his direct cell number in case we had any other questions. Office staff very helpful, scheduled an appointment the next day for our door repair. Jared arrived the next day when he said he would, very nice and knowledgable about our issue. He fixed our problem in a short amount of time so I could get back to work. We had our garage doors installed in 2017, this was the first time we have had to call them with a minor issue!
