My garage door was opening on its own---very unnerving. Even though it was a holiday, someone answered my call and Robert came to my home within a short amount of time. Robert was friendly and thorough. He checked out the entire system and gave me several options as to how to fix the issue. His explanations of each was concise and complete. Robert reprogrammed the remotes and double checked to make sure they were working properly. The problem appears to be corrected and I am very grateful that the repair was done so quickly. Thank you, Precision and Robert! I did purchase the electronic board for the opener but that is not one of the listed options.

We were impressed with the company van and the display rack that slid out of the back showing us physical replicas and options. The installation team was courteous and worked efficiently to remove the old doors and rails along with the new installs. Both doors look great. They operate smoothly and have a tight fit. I called Precision Garage Doors after receiving an initial estimate to replace a broken door Spring. The technician was very thorough and honest that the wheel bearings might need to be replaced as well and he would know once he removed the springs. While his estimate was higher than the original company that came out, he spoke with his manager to obtain more competitive pricing. There was some metal deposit indicative of wear so I had him replace the bearings as well. Very professional and respectful of the customers needs. Garage door is working perfectly now!

We discovered a broken spring around 2:30 in the afternoon - could not open the garage door! Jeremy was at our house by about 4:15. He quickly assessed the situation and gave us 3 options for repair work. We decided to go with the highest option because we hadn't had work done for quite a while. Jeremy efficiently did the work and everything was working well by 5:30. The next day we found our receipt from almost 7 years earlier and discovered that some of the items replaced were still under a 7 year warranty. We called the office - they immediately looked into it - called us back, apologized for the oversite and issued a refund for everything that was under warranty. Christian Walker was phenominal! He called twenty minutes away and arrived within that time. He explained my options and costs and let me decide. Work was done within a short time. He replaced the motor, "eyes", installed a new pad to open the garage door from the iside, and installed a new keypad outside the garage for ease of entry. My husband and I were extremely impressed with the professionalism and expertise of our technician, Arnold Simpson. We had lost power the previous day and couldn't figure out how to return the opener to the trolley. Arnold was very patient and explained how to do it for future reference. We explained that it had been several years since any maintenance on the unit. He did an estimate on our unit and recommended replacing the rollers and other items as well. We knew that some of the parts were aging and we authorized him to complete the items he had recommended. He completed the work in a timely fashion and we are very satisfied with his work.
