Melanie Beaudin came out to provide a quote did a great job. She was pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable about the product. We were impressed with the company van and the display rack that slid out of the back showing us physical replicas and options. I called Precision Garage Doors after receiving an initial estimate to replace a broken door Spring. The technician was very thorough and honest that the wheel bearings might need to be replaced as well and he would know once he removed the springs. While his estimate was higher than the original company that came out, he spoke with his manager to obtain more competitive pricing. There was some metal deposit indicative of wear so I had him replace the bearings as well. Very professional and respectful of the customers needs. Garage door is working perfectly now!

We discovered a broken spring around 2:30 in the afternoon - could not open the garage door! Jeremy was at our house by about 4:15. He quickly assessed the situation and gave us 3 options for repair work. We decided to go with the highest option because we hadn't had work done for quite a while. Jeremy efficiently did the work and everything was working well by 5:30. The next day we found our receipt from almost 7 years earlier and discovered that some of the items replaced were still under a 7 year warranty. We called the office - they immediately looked into it - called us back, apologized for the oversite and issued a refund for everything that was under warranty. My husband and I were extremely impressed with the professionalism and expertise of our technician, Arnold Simpson. We had lost power the previous day and couldn't figure out how to return the opener to the trolley. Arnold was very patient and explained how to do it for future reference. We explained that it had been several years since any maintenance on the unit. He did an estimate on our unit and recommended replacing the rollers and other items as well. We would absolutely recommend Precision Overhead Garage door. The spring broke on our door, so we were unable to get our vehicles out. I called and spoke to a representative and was assured someone would be out later in the day. They even told me the name of their repairman - Timothy Vaughan along with photo I.D. Timothy was great !!!! Very friendly, courteous and explained everything in detail what needed to be done for the repairs. He replaced the spring, but also showed us that we had rust and deterioration on the cables, so they were replaced too. Overall, a great experience and prompt service.
