I called today around noon. They gave me a window from 2pm to 4pm. The technician George showed up at 2pm on the nose. George inspected what needed to be done and also what could be a problem down the road. I asked him to just repair the broken spring due to my time is limited at this residence. George was great and fast, also very respectful. Price was reasonable as well.

Precision Garage Doors was extremely quick and responsive. They came out immediately and rectified the issue. The technician, Braxton, was very kind and respectful. The only issue was the repair cost which was extremely high. From a relative who recently had the same problem repaired, it was approximately double. We needed an immediate repair, concerned we had a safety issue, so overall we were very happy otherwise.

Awesome Company!!! Professional all the way! I used Precision about 7 years ago. I say this because it speaks to the quality of work they do and it lasts! Aaron was the technician who came out. I was having a problem with my small garage door so I called procession and they were prompt to send out a professional named Shawn who did a complete inspection of both my doors. He evaluated both doors and found multiple problems and many parts that needed to be replaced due to age and wear. We ultimately had to replace the complete opener for the large door but not before Shawn exhausted all other possible solutions. He was professional, polite and a technician you can truly be proud to have representing your company !
