My garage door spring broke over the weekend. On Sunday, I was able to book an appointment online for Monday morning with the Clearwater team. Chad, the service technician, called to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived he was very courteous, thorough and provided answers to all my questions. He also provided full estimates and options before moving ahead. The process was very easy and well-structured. I would recommend Precision to other friends and family.

Chris Enlow came out today and replaced my 30 year old Genie garage door opener. He was friendly, professional, and very informative. He also replaced the worn out wheels. Everything works great now. Chris even zapped a hornets nest by my front door. Now THAT is customer service!!

A technician could come an hour before service time and he was done in less than an hour for the maintenance… thankfully no charge since I have a lifetime warranty. I spent over $1300 in December to replace and update the garage door. That has worked good and I was pleased. Now I just spent over $600 to oil the wheels. This just took about one hour and the cost was very excessive. You should return about $500 to me!

My garage door was opening on its own---very unnerving. Even though it was a holiday, someone answered my call and Robert came to my home within a short amount of time. Robert was friendly and thorough. He checked out the entire system and gave me several options as to how to fix the issue. His explanations of each was concise and complete. Robert reprogrammed the remotes and double checked to make sure they were working properly. The problem appears to be corrected and I am very grateful that the repair was done so quickly. Thank you, Precision and Robert! I did purchase the electronic board for the opener but that is not one of the listed options.
