Our garage door opener was 17 years old and died, trapping out only mode of transportation in the garage. I called Precision because they put the door in according to the stickers on the door. We only bought this house 3 years ago. I am so glad I called Precision Door. They came right out and put in a new, more efficient Garage Door opener. The technician, Josue, was so kind, polite and efficient. Within a short time we had a new, quiet, door opener with camera and automatic light. The control in the garage shows the time and the temperature. I can now open the garage door through my cell phone to allow our cleaning lady in. She texts me when she arrives and I have to get up and go open the door....no more! As long as I have internet connection I can open the door for her from anywhere and the camera confirms it's her! I'm 80 years old and I love this new door! Thanks again Josue, you made our day!

The spring to our garage door broke on a Sunday, we called Precision door to see if they were open to find out not only were they open they could have a tech. out on the same day. We were given a time frame of availability of 2 - 5 pm, needless to say we got a phone call from a tech. to introduce himself (Jeffrey) and to let us know he would be at our house a little after 2pm. Shortly after I spoke with Jeffrey I got a confrimation text message from Precision that our tech was in route. Jeffrey gave us a quote that best fit our needs and was able to change out the broken spring in no time. Not only was he on time, very polite he also cleaned up when he was finished. We would strongly recommend Precision. Thank you for your GREAT customer service and being open on a Sunday with NO EXTRA charge.

Alex was very professional. I had a spring break which was a lot cheaper In 2011. Wasn’t expecting to spend 1000,00 today but I understand things are more expensive. Almost felt like I was buying a new car though. I know they are taught to over sell. I appreciate the quick response though. I had springs, barrens and cables replaced.

My garage door opener wasn't working and I called Precision at 10:26. They set up an appointment for me between 12-4. Doug called at 11:40 to tell me he was on his way. Upon his arrival at 11:58, he found that the left spring had snapped. This would be $378 to fix by itself. He made other, prudent recommendations, but I just had him fix the one. He respected the house and the vehicles in the garage and finished within 30 minutes. I strongly recommend Precision and would not hesitate to use the company or Doug for my next repair or upgrade.
