I have seen the Precision commercials over and over and never thought I would have Garage Door problems. Well, the main spring broke today and I like to keep my new truck safe in the garage. I called Precision and they were over within an hour. I was given detailed info as to how the problem would be solved and a quoted a fair price. I had a garage door installed about a year ago by Precision. The most professional company I’ve ever dealt with. The installation went smoothly and the installer spent a good amount of time making sure I understood fully how to operate the door. The quality was outstanding and the door itself absolutely gorgeous. Had a little glitch yesterday so I called them expecting to have to wait a few days but no they were there within an hour. The glitch turned out to be a runaway remote lost in my handbag that was activated every time I picked up my bag. Mystery of the self opening door solved. They even had a sense of humor about my mistake. Then the young man took time to help me download an app to remotely control my door. Precision is literally the best in the business.They are the only one you should call.

The spring on our main garage door broke unexpectedly today. I needed it fixed ASAP. I had used Precision several years ago. I called them and I had an appointment guaranteed later in the day. The repair person, Alex, arrived on time, examined the damage and gave me a quote at that time. He also suggested additional improvements to the door which he explained in detail. It was mainly rust. So I had him do those improvements as well. He completed the job a little over an hour, reviewed everything with me to make sure I was satisfied with his work which I was and paid the bill. I spent over $1300 in December to replace and update the garage door. That has worked good and I was pleased. Now I just spent over $600 to oil the wheels. This just took about one hour and the cost was very excessive. You should return about $500 to me!
