All I can say is WOW! We purchased a garage door and opener from a big box store and paid to have their installer set it all up. There was only a one year warranty on the installation and now three years later it wasn't working at all. We called the original installer first who was going to charge $99.00 to look at it and couldn't come out for another three days. We checked Angie's list and found your company. When we called, we were asked when we wanted someone to come out (how refreshing!) I'm sorry I don't remember who the young lady was who answered the phone, but she was very pleasant, courteous and did a good job representing your company. Craig was wonderful. He called twice before coming to the house to make sure we knew. He was very professional and took the time to explain to us exactly how the whole system worked, what had gone wrong and to explain what needed to be done to fix it. The original parts were cheap plastic and he replaced them with better quality parts and gave us a 5 year warranty for less than we paid 3 years ago. (I'm just sorry we hadn't called you 3 years ago). We were beyond happy and very impressed with Craig. We won't hesitate to recommend your company!

Ben was here a few minutes ahead of the scheduled time. He got straight to the problem, identified it, replaced a bad circuit board in an older lift, programed car remotes and was finished with the requested repair in less time than it might have taken some others to find the problem. He was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. There was no complaint of any sort with the service. A choice of approaches to repair the problem was offered and explained.

After purchasing an Angie's List special for a new door seal and tune-up, technician Blake did a complete inspection and discovered a cable that was splitting and in need of replacement. In addition, the drums and rollers were old and needed to be replaced. I was very happy with the work done and also that the operation of the door is now very quiet and, more importantly, safe.

Your guys were on time, early in fact, performed all tasks as promised, even replaced stripped door bolts with larger ones, and, most impressively, to me, informed me that the door was in great shape for its' age, and, at some point would be eligible for a tune up at the fraction of the price of a new door. We had a key pad installed. The technician showed up when he was scheduled, was VERY polite and informative. He gave me an estimate of what we would be needing for our garage doors and that was IT!! No high-pressure sales pitch - just professional and courteous!! Told us to call if there is anything else the company can do for us. When we need to have anything else done concerning our garage doors, Precision will certainly be the company we call.

Thank you for your excellent service. Blake is one of the best service techs I have had at my home. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my opener and discussed my options. He did not try to push a new opener but simply told me what may happen with my older equipment. He had the parts on the truck and made the repair.
