Any installed garage door is expensive, but my economy door included the hurricane brace "bars" and extra installed binder bolts to the wood frame to increase its strength. The two techs set to work immediately and continued that pace for approx 90 mins till they completed including clean up and tuning the system. It works smoothly, quietly and correctly. They were focused and professional and technically competent. You'd be hard pressed to find a better company anywhere which is why I had them back after they installed a door on my previous house approx 2 years ago.

The technician called before arriving, I was quoted between 2 - 4 pm and was glad it was closer to 2pm than 4pm. He inspected the problem, garage door opener. and explained what was needed. I was given a few options: fix the immediate problem, but in all liklihood it would break again due to other factors with garage door. Or basically replace the entire door and assembly due to the fact of the age of the equipment. He wrote out an estimate and left it with me to consider, which I have to in turn notify the owner/landlord of the options. The technician was polite, friendly and very helpful. Should I proceed with repairs or replacement I will be sure to use Precision to complete the work.
