Young man Ryan showed up and was unsure how to repair the garage door opener. It only would open from inside the garage and limited areas outside. I was unable to purchase a new system and asked him to reach out to a more experienced tech which he did. He was able to fix. Upon doing so I left my car window open to my brand new vehicle and he was kind enough to get out in the rain to put towels over the open window to limit the water getting in. I was not home at that time. That was great and above the service required of him. Tell him thank you again for me. Sharon

We were able to get technician out the same day we called, which was very much appreciated. Matt Leto, the service technician, was professional, friendly, efficient. He also made a number of helpful suggestions for follow-up work with an electrician. He had all the supplies necessary right there in truck to repair the garage door opener, replace the remote, and also replace the tracking, chain, and automatic eye. Our garage door is now the quietest, smoothest, most reliable it has been in years and years!! Why did we wait so long?!?

We called the number on the sales receipt form our door purchase in 2001 and were connected to a Precision phone rep. I must say the phone rep let me feeling a little concerned about the quality of service to expect today. Fortunately that was NOT the case. The service rep Ed was OUTSTANDING. He has very knowledgable, able to explain and help me the customer understand the repair. He inspected the door and pointed out some additional needs that would further the life and quality of the doors operation. He was prompt, courteous, and provided the kind of customer service that is sorely lacking in so many businesses these days. THANKS for a GREAT experience.
