The only company we used since we bought our Townhome in 2011.Adam dig an excellent job. No pressure on what I should replace. I told him replace everything. The only thing left is the door opener. The door will probably last longer then me. Great job. Adam was slim so he had to fit behind my suv with very little room between him and the door. Great tech. Better not lose him. Thanks

Hunter was awesome! He called ahead to make sure coming early was OK (it was!). He checked out my current set up and suggested a new garage door opener motor. It turns out that mine was 21 years old! In about an hour he had a new one installed and went over everything with me. It's so quiet and nice to have an automatic door again. Complete with a keypad! I couldn't be happier with the service I got!

We had a garage door spring break just before noontime, called Precision Garage Door Service based solely on an internet search, and by early afternoon had their technician, Mike Beckum, in our garage assessing the situation. We have a very heavy, hurricane-reinforced two-car garage door, so beyond replacing the broken spring, we opted to get the entire assembly (both springs, the rod, pulleys, and cables) replaced. Everything replaced by Precision is now under a 7-year parts and labor warranty. The entire garage door operation is so much smoother now. We were thoroughly impressed with Mike's friendliness and professionalism.

We've had Precision do great work on our garage door a few times over the years and today's experience with Chad was another home run! Our main issue was a broken torsion spring and Chad went over all of the components to check for any other signs of excessive wear. Chad clearly explained what and why any parts needed to be replaced and gave me a clear exact price with no surprises and no pressure. Today when I went to leave my house my garage door made a loud sound and wouldn't open. I called Precision and in my opinion I got the two best technicians Sam and Joshua. They explained in detail what needed to be done. They were polite, knowledgeable as well as personable .I was concerned because both of our cars were in the garage - they were fine. Sam and Joshua worked together as a great team. As much as I didn't want to pay for a garage problem at Christmas Sam and Joshua made the situation more bearable by their sincerity. carlos was my tech. He was very prompt and called me 30 minutes before his expected arrival which gave me plenty of time to get to the property. He was very friendly and professional. he inspected the unit and explained what the problems were. I asked him if he could fix it today and what was the cost. He said he could and would tell me cost once he looked op cost of materials. in a short time he gave me the costs and we agreed on a price once I recd the seniors discount. Told me it would be a couple of hours and would call me when done. He called me and I came back and checked it out. Excellent job. he showed me how it worked, i tried it a few times and I was super pleased how quiet it was compared to the old one. went over the bill and warranty. great job and service.
