From my first call to set up appointment until the job was complete , the service was fantastic . It is so refreshing to have someone show up , be engaging , take Time to explain the evaluation process and then clearly explain what was needed . He took the time to answer all questions and did until I understood my options . This was not my first time using Precision and I am sure not the last . I highly recommend this company

I am adding to the stack of 5-star reviews. Alex is a consummate representative of a great organization. He is an excellent communicator and competent/skilled in his approach to issues. Precision installed the current door in 2016. Prior to a recent power outage there were no issues with the door or the installation. When trying to open the door during a recent outage I found it quite heavy, and it would not remain open without being held; now requiring two people to get a car out of the garage. I looked at the horizontal track and attributed the issue to the angle of the door track and called Precision. Alex arrived as scheduled for the appointment the same day I called. He explained that over time metal fatigue reduced the strength of the springs and that was the root cause. After a full review of the state of the other components, he provided a comprehensive recommendation (with choices clearly explained). We agreed on the options; he affected the repairs, and insured he left no debris behind when he was done. It doesn't get any better than this

The spring on our main garage door broke unexpectedly today. I needed it fixed ASAP. I had used Precision several years ago. I called them and I had an appointment guaranteed later in the day. The repair person, Alex, arrived on time, examined the damage and gave me a quote at that time. He also suggested additional improvements to the door which he explained in detail. It was mainly rust. So I had him do those improvements as well. He completed the job a little over an hour, reviewed everything with me to make sure I was satisfied with his work which I was and paid the bill. Alex was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend them to repair or replace any garage door.
