We have an old double garage door that was unreliable. We had everything replaced. Everything except for the door itself to avoid permitting and the extra cost. Arnold did a great job. It now operates like new. The cost was more than we expected but we are happy with the work so it was worth it.

The service from your Sales Adviser to the contact with the initial call to get information was Class "A" Yesterday I had an accident with my "old garage door" so knowing we have some bad weather predicted, I called to see if I could get pricing on a new door and possibility of immediate installation. Brittney Seymour, Garage Door Designer was here in close to 2 hours and advise me of what Garage Doors were available and worked up a price. Within 25 minutes I was sold on the quality of the company and the product. She asked when I would like the replacement door installed, kidding, I asked, how about tomorrow, She made a call to the office and they said OK and gave me a time frame when the installer would arrive today. A great installer arrived on time, made some measurements and had my new door installed in less than 4 hours. My son also has used Precision for several replacements. Reliable service. Arrived promptly as scheduled. Technicians were knowledgeable and polite. Entire system was inspected and services offered. No pressure sales. New Springs, Rollers, and Cables installed. Work was done correct and fast. Entire system has not worked this good since the house was built 22 years ago. Highly recommend Precision!

Just has springs replaced by Robert T. from Precision. Very competent. In the process, he found a reversed roller bracket that had been causing a slight, but annoying, noise for years. Door runs smoother than ever. Great work. Easy 5 stars.

I was looking for a local and reliable company. Once a placed the call for service, a service-man was at my house within half-an-hour. Chris was courteous, and explained to me what had to be done and gave me a couple options to choose from. Showed up earlier than apt. Time which was great. Repaired, installed and replaced many parts and 2 new openers. Stayed until the job was complete (10:45pm) . He was very nice, hard working and answered all my questions Very pleased. I would recommend them.

I’m not sure I need it new springs It was working fine All I needed to do electrical wiring It was loose Your technician recommended And I said fine I got charged $440 I checked every where usually people charge around $200 Very disappointed And it was more smooth before I really like to get adjustments I wrote check for $440

Please be advised that we had quite a bit of work done on our existing garage door by Alejandro Gonzalez. He and Daron Earle arrived on time and Alejandro listened to all our concerns regarding our garage door. He wrote up 3 scenarios and explained each one explicitly. Once we made our choice, he began the work immediately. It was done to perfection and he explained everything to us once the job was completed. This was by far one of the most pleasnt experiences we’ve had with Overhead...we have used your services in the past. We can’t say enough about this young man, pleasant to talk to, polite, knowledgeable etc. etc, etc. He is definitely an asset to your company.
