We recently moved to a new home and our garage doors worked but were very noisy. At our old address we used Precision to put in new quiet door openers and we loved them. The technician came the same day we called and put in new openers, changed out the springs, rollers, added keyless entry and programmed our cars. We are very pleased with the result and would highly recommend them!

They came out and two guys spend 2 hrs chasing down the problem. They determined what the problem is, but was outside their ability to fix it. Not their fault. My home was getting a mysterious RF signal blocking my remotes... Because they were't able to fix this there was no charge! I highly respect this company. Thanks for everything

Service was excellent! And was done in a timely fashion. However, I was disappointed with the price. When I called they told me there was a $49 charge to come out and it would be applied if you had the work done. When I got the bill it reflected a $20 surcharge for fuel. That was never discussed in our conversation or estimate. Those practices short change the quality and respectability of the company . Your mechanic was very proficient and polite. He explained our options and proceeded to do the work required in record time. He replaced the shaft, pulleys, cables and all new rollers. He did all this work in what we consider to be record time. Your advertising is correct! He arrived promptly,was very quick to offer our repair options. We discovered late this afternoon that mom's garage door would not open. Immediately called Precision (they had replaced Mom's garage door several years ago), and were told that a technician would arrive from a Clearwater job, as soon as possible. Since we are in Tarpon Springs, we assumed that it might take a while for a tech to arrive, but were relieved that they were sending someone today. Very soon, Matthew arrived, immediately diagnosed and explained the problem (the garage door opener motor and some springs), and offered options in different price ranges. As soon as we chose the repair package, he went to work, completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time, and could not have been more professional and courteous. Hah... you must be kidding.. yes I did find it cheaper elsewhere and with a company that did not try and push me to to the work now now now and try and sell me overpriced parts that I did not need! I gave you a chance at being fair and honest with me and you blew it!

Not repaired. In order to totally repair, it was suggested that I replace the track, even though, the garage door opener is only 4 years old. Track is square beam constraction, verses I-beam construction. Bottom line, the door is safe and functional; however, if it bothers me too much, replace it.

I ordered a 1/2 hp motor. The representative arrived with a 3/4 hp motor. Which was $200.00 more. I was charmed Sales tax. There is no sales tax in Fl. Be wary of Precision. Overpriced and they over sell. This company wasn't customer focused. That was my experience.

James from Wisconsin was absolutely one of the very best Service Technician I have ever had. He was very polite, knew what he had to do and explained it all to us, went to work and did his job. So happy I called Precision, we are extremely happy with the job and would absolutely refer you to anyone. They came right out and were here within two hours of time called. My garage door decided to break on a Saturday afternoon. Apparently the springs broke. My plan was to try and open and close the door manually until the weekend was over. Unfortunately, I could not even lift the door. I goes this is common when the springs break. I called Precision and they responded about an hour later. John Tsangarinos was the senior technician on site. He and his co-worker were polite, professional, and patient. They did an excellent job in replacing parts and installing a new garage door opener. The prices for parts, service, installation was a bit steep BUT they do not charge extra for a Saturday service call. My garage door is working efficiently and more importantly quietly. Great job. Very Professional.

Nahhh.. Id rather spend the time online warning unknowing consumers as to your high pressure sales tactics and trying to sell your victims overpriced parts they don't need! There is plenty of money to be made the honest way!! Apparently that's just not enough....no worries the amount you tried to scam me out of will be matched 1000 fold in the potential customers my online reviews and reports will cost you... After doing my homework, this seems to be how Precision operates. High pressure sales demands from your over worked and underpaid techs seem to be SOP. Most folks have no clue how bad they are getting raped by you guys, being sold things they dont need under the guise of " safety and urgency"but their wallets are sure aren't safe from you!! Like I said, you chose to try and bullshit the wrong guy this time around and I will more than make up for it on line! Matter of fact I think it would be a could idea to get a local news channel to do an undercover report and story on how easy it is for consumers looking for honest garage door work to get ripped off! Stay tuned!
