We recently moved to a new home and our garage doors worked but were very noisy. At our old address we used Precision to put in new quiet door openers and we loved them. The technician came the same day we called and put in new openers, changed out the springs, rollers, added keyless entry and programmed our cars. Great experience. I have used Precision in the past great services. I called to schedule an evaluation of the garage systems in a home newly purchased. The service team had a service tech in the area and was an to schedule me within the hour. Tech was knowledgeable. He did not market or pitch sales. He gave me an objective evaluation and recommendation. He was able to meet all of all needs in a timely manner and more so he was professional and friendly

They came out and two guys spend 2 hrs chasing down the problem. They determined what the problem is, but was outside their ability to fix it. Not their fault. My home was getting a mysterious RF signal blocking my remotes... Because they were't able to fix this there was no charge! I highly respect this company. Thanks for everything

Service was excellent! And was done in a timely fashion. However, I was disappointed with the price. When I called they told me there was a $49 charge to come out and it would be applied if you had the work done. When I got the bill it reflected a $20 surcharge for fuel. That was never discussed in our conversation or estimate. Those practices short change the quality and respectability of the company . Your mechanic was very proficient and polite. He explained our options and proceeded to do the work required in record time. He replaced the shaft, pulleys, cables and all new rollers. He did all this work in what we consider to be record time. Your advertising is correct! He arrived promptly,was very quick to offer our repair options. We discovered late this afternoon that mom's garage door would not open. Immediately called Precision (they had replaced Mom's garage door several years ago), and were told that a technician would arrive from a Clearwater job, as soon as possible. Since we are in Tarpon Springs, we assumed that it might take a while for a tech to arrive, but were relieved that they were sending someone today. Very soon, Matthew arrived, immediately diagnosed and explained the problem (the garage door opener motor and some springs), and offered options in different price ranges. As soon as we chose the repair package, he went to work, completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time, and could not have been more professional and courteous. Hah... you must be kidding.. yes I did find it cheaper elsewhere and with a company that did not try and push me to to the work now now now and try and sell me overpriced parts that I did not need! I gave you a chance at being fair and honest with me and you blew it!

Not repaired. In order to totally repair, it was suggested that I replace the track, even though, the garage door opener is only 4 years old. Track is square beam constraction, verses I-beam construction. Bottom line, the door is safe and functional; however, if it bothers me too much, replace it.

I ordered a 1/2 hp motor. The representative arrived with a 3/4 hp motor. Which was $200.00 more. I was charmed Sales tax. There is no sales tax in Fl. Be wary of Precision. Overpriced and they over sell. This company wasn't customer focused. That was my experience.
