I always found OD folks to be capable, professional and reasonably priced. Your salesman Frank was awesome, not pushy at all, just very knowledgeable and helpful. My garage door would only open about 2 feet. I asked one of my neighbors if he could recommend a garage door company and he said Precision. He was happy with the service. So I called and they scheduled me right away. The technician was actually early - both he and a very pleasant gal from Precision called me to ask if it was okay if he did arrive early. Ed, the technician, was a great guy and diagnosed the problem, explained and showed it to me - then replaced the broken spring. Good service, nice people, I feel I can trust them - I'm a happy camper! I would recommend them to anyone who needed garage door service.

A definite 5 star rating. I was in a jam - old garage door opener failed to operate and I was getting out of town house guests in 4 hours. Called Precision Garage Doors and they were at my house within 90 minutes! Dallas installed a new opener and new rollers and he was done before my guests arrived. The technician, Dallas, was professional, knowledgable, courteous and very pleasant. Precision is a company I will recommend to all my friends.
