In the past month we have used Precision Garage Door Service twice for two different doors. One door was not closing properly. The second door needed repair of the opener and spring. The technician, Mike, was very professional, friendly and educational. He clearly explained what was happening and our options for repair. We have used Precision in the past, and just like this time, were very satisfied with their service, professionalism and expertise.

Frank is one of a kind. He first of all showed up early. He called to let us know he was on his way. He had a terrific sense of humor. Explained what he was doing.
