For over 20 years, we have used Precision Garage for all our garage needs, and have been 100% satisfied. It is a terrific company. Every employee we've ever had any contact with has always been professional, knowledgeable, polite and responsive. We recently had an issue with our hurricane doors. We called the company to learn our options, and they scheduled Austin Orton, a Precision tech, to follow up with us and assess the situation. Austin determined that our issue was 100% covered by the Precision warranty, and scheduled a complete replacement of our doors, at no cost to us. Yesterday, the new doors were installed, I believe the installers were Andy Peck and Andrew Lachance. Like the other Precision employees, they were both terrific. They were personable and professional, and obviously took pride in their work. The new doors are terrific! It is comforting to know that Precision Garage Doors can be counted on to have our back for all of our garage door needs. I highly recommend them!

Something caused the door to get 'off track' and it wouldn't close all the way. We called Precision as they had done the initial installation. They came out very early the next day and it was fixed within the hour! Very efficient and professional.

Called at 8:30 Am and out by 11. Dispatcher communicated approximately what time. Called and asked if they could come earlier than thought. Driver than called to tell me the arrival time. Evaluated and gave me options on the quote.

The technician, Bryan Stewart, was VERY courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Before the service call, I had considered calling other companies as well. I'm glad I didn't. If possible, I would definitely request Bryan for any future service calls. The problem (misaligned sensor) was an easy one and had I been less stupid, could've fixed it easily myself. Despite this, Bryan explained the matter thoroughly and even taught me what to look for (at the motor housing's blinking lights and corresponding chart) to easily self perform an initial first-stage diagnosis. He was a very pleasant young professional.

This is the second time I have chosen this company to install garage doors for me. And once again, Jose did a perfect job! He patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions. When attaching the wires to the ceiling and running them down the wall, he thoughtfully made the look aesthetically pleasing, which was much better than the looping drooping wires that previously existed on the wall. He cheerfully helped my husband and I coordinate our key fobs and remote controls so that we could control all of the doors simply. This was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Jose!

Expensive. Service was fine, but Home Depot/Lowe's offer a comparable 3/4 HP, belt motor -- installed -- for $500. Came out for a tune-up. Wasn't planning to buy a new motor ($860, including $60 extra for the outside keypad) so I didn't shop around. Wish I had.

Initially scheduled a garage door opener repair, however we suspected that would become a garage door opener replacement. When we learned this would be the case, we were not at all surprised. We were very pleased with the service call (within 24 hours) and the attention to detail provided by the Service Technician.
