Technician Arnold Simpson called to let us know when he would arrive and to our delight it was the early part of the 4 hour window. He was quite professional and explained everything in detail. He safely got the door open and secured it so we could move our cars out and give him enough space to work. He worked efficiently and demonstrated to us the proper way to lubricate the moving parts. Very satisfied with the company and the service.

We felt like we were being swindled, just needed the springs replaced, we were told our rollers were Bad and they needed replaced said we needs a hurricane bar replaced, the est was much more than the phone est, and our door and opener was replaced 4.5 years ago. Really.. Folks be careful

I really want to give a big shout out to Joshua Figueroa, Jeremy Rossi & Danielle (Assistant Office Mgr). Joshua came out to install new springs. He was extremely polite and professional. While talking we shared some stories and he indicated that we may need a new motor. I informed him of some things going on with me health wise not expecting it to go any further than between him and I. Next thing I get a call from Danielle saying Mr Figueroa informed her of my situation and long story short they installed a new motor. Jeremy came out and he too was extremely polite and professional. I would recommend this company whenever you need your garage door repaired for any reason. My g. door would not close even though the safety beam was not obstructed. I watched several Precision YouTube vids and learned what to check. The problem was a faulty safety beam receiver. I tried all the hints on the videos, but still no luck. I gave up on the DIY and called. A technician named Joshua Page came to the house and after a complete inspection he agreed with my diagnosis and also found a broken door panel hinge. Without hesitation Joshua got to work and had my door running smoothly once again. I am very satisfied with the service I received and appreciated the professionalism demonstrated by Joshua.

We chose Precision for their reputation, and the $50 coupon off of Linear we'd received in our newspaper (or Valpak?). We'd researched the Linear line of door opener vs. LiftMaster -- found them to be equal in quality but lower in price. Setting up the appointment was easy, the installer arrived as scheduled and gave us a call before arriving. He kept us informed throughout the installation and did a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier with our quiet, powerful, beautifully installed opener and the service & price we received from Precision.

I called on a Saturday to schedule a repair appointment for Monday. They offered me a Saturday window but it wasn’t necessary. Chris showed up early in the window and was able to repair the door springs as well as replace my opener same day within a few hours. He was very professional and didn’t ty to oversell me. Highly recommended

I thought I may have needed a new garage door, however, Noah, the repair person was able to save it. Although it was more expensive than I was planning, Noah did a great job - not only repairing but reinforcing which made me feel secure in case of a hurricane. I must commend Noah - he is such a nice, polite, respectful young man.

very pushy sales. I only need my spring replaced and the guy add up some unnecessary parts which i need to buy or else they wont give me the warranty. They did not fixed my garage problem because they told me after they replaced the spring that my coupler in my garage opener is broken and needed to replace a new motor for $950. I immediately say NO to them and call another company which is INTEGRITY GARAGE and they fix it for $15 the coupler and now my garage is fix and operating smoothly. Beware dont be blinded and fooled by their google reviews. These guys are pushy and all they want is profit. They should assessed my garage problem before doing something on it. I spend $350 for spring replacement. they told me over the phone $240. I will never recommend this company. complete bogus.

Very reliable and efficient service. I used Precision three years ago to install my system. My digital keypad quit working and wouldn’t respond to reprogramming. The service rep replaced the keypad with an updated version and successfully assisted me in reprogramming.
