crews showed up on time and quickly removed the old door assembly and installed the new one. this somewhat custom door looks great and keeps the west facing garage a lot cooler than the previous door. crew returned to install a now opener as the old one was not up to the task of opening the heavier hurricane door. same friendly, efficient service. love the product and the process

We got a next day appointment to have our door opener replaced. The tech call when he was 20 minutes out. He presented my options and had the equipment on the truck. He inspected and fixed the entire garage door. John was very thorough explaining the complete operation of the new door opener.

I called Precision to come out to inspect my garage door. It would open fine, but it would periodically stick coming down. It started to happen more frequently. Robert and Alejandro came out for the inspection. They recommended new rollers, bearings, and springs plus a capacitor for the opener itself. The garage door is newer and is a VERY heavy secure door and the rest of the hardware is old so I expected that analysis. I decided to repair everything but the capacitor, which they ended up throwing in anyway for free. Nice!! Door was working just fine when they left. Next day, I came home in the evening and damn, same thing; door sticking on the way down. To say I was annoyed would be putting it mildly. I called the after hours service and explained my frustration fairly strongly. MUCH to their credit, both Robert and Alejandro came out first thing the next morning and apologized and they told me they were approved to install an entire new garage door opener at no cost for the inconvenience. VERY nice!! I honestly wasn’t expecting that BUT by this show of exceptional customer service, they turned a negative experience into a very positive one and I will be recommending Precision to others if asked and you’ll be getting my business, when needed, in the future. Thanks again for your professionalism!!

I contacted Precision because the spring on our door had broken. I was not expecting same day service on a Saturday, but you were able to send out Jose who quickly evaluated the problem and provided a quote. While he was replacing the single spring with two new springs (an upgrade), he also pointed out that the framing of the door was no longer securely attached to the block wall around the door and that the brackets holding the cables had buckled slightly when the spring failed and the door fell. He was able to repair those things as well. Our door is once again, in working order and much safer in the event of a storm. I see your vans all over town and my company has used you to repair roll-up doors around our factory. I was very satisfied with Jose and the outstanding job he did at our house. Plus, he was a really nice guy! I'd definitely recommend Precision to others. When we someday replace our opener, I know who to call!

Hands down Precision Overhead Garage Door if the best garage door company my husband and I have ever worked with. We were very pleased with how professional Justin C. was with his product knowledge. Justin was able to take care of our issue in a short amount of time and really took into consideration our end goal with our current garage door. We have future plans to replace the door completely.
