I chose Precision Overhead Garage Door because we purchased our garage door from them. The technician arrived as expected and thoroughly evaluated the door. No specific problems were found but he re-adjusted several areas of the door hardware. He explained in detail what he had found and what he had done. The door now operates more quietly and smoothly. There was no charge for his services. I am very pleased with his analysis and his work to improve operation of the door. If I ever needed to replace an overhead door, I would go to Precision Overhead Door. Thank you

Chris, the technician that came out was very knowledgeable and also helped me replace my header board that was cracked and the wrong depth. Was fast at replacing my torsion springs and did a thorough inspection of my door and found two cracked hinges adjusted everything and was on his way.

I immediately Precision Door (the 888 #) and couldn't get an apptmt until late tomorrow - meaning I would have to sleep tonight with access to my home thru the open garage. The garage door would not come down, unless I held the button until the door came all the way down. Technician was polite, explained what the problem was (sensor was obstructed, but resolved itself). Technician also lubricated the runners, because they were not lubricated in 3 years, he also explained that the runners should be lubricated often. I was not aware that the runners need to be lubricated.

Precision Garage Doors installed my garage door in 2009. I’ve had technicians here to replace the keypad and after Hurricane Irma, some hinges that showed stress cracks. Today was just supposed to be the keypad, but Travis, my technician asked about the noise and he ended up replacing a fair amount of parts. Travis took the time to explain each step as he did them. He gave me a time frame in which the work would be finished, and it was. If I need someone again I’m going to ask for Travis.
