Called Precision late Saturday afternoon because our garage door was suddenly stuck open. I was so thankful that Precision sent a technician out almost immediately -- arriving at 8:30 pm. John D. was amazing in analyzing the situation and fixing the door. He wrapped up his repair by 10 pm, allowing us to get a good night's sleep in a secure home. However, the unit they installed appears to be much better (sturdier then the old one). We have used Precision in the past; they were excellent then. So when we had problems, we called them first.

WITH HURRICANE SEASON HERE, I STARTED WORRYING ABOUT OUR OLD GARAGE DOOR AND OUR SAFETY. I CALLED SEVERAL COMPANIES TO GET INFO AND ESTIMATES. THEN REBECCA FROM PRECISION CAME. NOT ONLY DID SHE HAVE WAY MORE INFORMATION ON THE TYPES AND STRENGTHS OF THEIR DOORS, SHE HAD A WHOLE SECITION IN THE BACK OF HER VAN THAT SLID OUT AND SHE COULD ACTUALLY SHOW ME THE DIFFERENCES. WE GOT TO CHATTING ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCES WITH COVID. SHE WAS KIND ENOUGH TO LISTEN TO OUR SITUATION AND THE CHALLANGES, MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND FINANCIAL ISSUES WE WERE GOING THROUGH. AS SHE WAS WRITING UP HER ESTIMATE, SHE SAID SHE NEEDED SOMTHING FROM HER VAN. SHE CAME BACK A FEW MINUTES LATER AND SAID SHE UNDERSTOOD ALL WE WERE GOING THROUGH AND SHE AND HER COMPANY WOULD LIKE TO GIVE US NOT ONLY A NEW GARAGE DOOR, BUT A NEW OPENER TOO! OMG I WAS SPEACHLESS. I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT. WE WERE BOTH TEARY EYED. I ASKED "WHY" SHE SAID OCCASIONALLY HER COMPANY DID SOMETHING LIKE THIS IN SPECIAL CITUATIONS. I STILL COULDN'T BELIEVE IT. SHE SAID IT WAS TRUE! SHE WROTE UP EVERYTHING AND THE AMOUNT DUE WAS "ZERO". NO ONE HAD EVER DONE ANYTHING LIKE THAT FOR US BEFORE. THANK YOU, REBECCA AND PRECISION GARAGE DOOR OF CLEARWATER. Door would not close either with the remote, wall switch or app. It just made a clicking sound. Closed the door manually. Called for service, they answered within a minute. Very courteous and very helpful. She made an appointment for me. She said a technician will be coming in between a four hour window. It’s Sunday! Technician was here half an hour. Diagnose was swift and repaired done fast. Door works fine and as it should. Very satisfied and will recommend them to anyone needing repairs to their garage door.

I have seen Precision Garage Door trucks in my neighborhood over the years so when I came home and garage door would open only a few inches, I knew who to call. Could have had a technician within a couple of hours of my call (impressive) but elected to schedule for the next day. Bob called about 20 minutes ahead of arriving. When he arrived, he did a thorough check of the garage door, coils, cables, track, sensors, etc. I knew the coil was broken but he pointed out a number of other things in need of repair. He provided a quote with the critical repair items and also quoted on the non-essential repair items. I really appreciated the time he took to explain what all was causing the door not to open - it is obvious he knows what he's doing. Very polite, professional and even swept out the garage after he was done! I'm going to tell my neighbors and friends about the positive experience I had with Precision Garage Door.

My name is Pat. I've been living in Largo for 9 years. Around that time I called Precision Garage Door Service to replace my garage door. During the past several years, I began noticing my ceiling slowly dropping. One area in particular. The garage door supports were not properly installed when I had the new garage put in. I called to report it. I must admit, I was a little harsh to the lady who answered the phone and took notes onmy complaints. Within minutes, two gentlemen cam yo my house to checkout the ceiling and knew immediately what was wrong. Their names? Bob and Travis.
