My garage door needed replacing and as I had used Precision Door Services for some repairs in the past I chose them again. On the appointed day the installation tech arrived on time and after some explanation as to what he was going to do he went right to work. He was was professional, courteous and friendly. His work was superb and my new garage door looks as good as a new garage door should and it works perfectly.

Door would not close either with the remote, wall switch or app. It just made a clicking sound. Closed the door manually. Called for service, they answered within a minute. Very courteous and very helpful. She made an appointment for me. She said a technician will be coming in between a four hour window. It’s Sunday! Technician was here half an hour. Diagnose was swift and repaired done fast. Door works fine and as it should. Very satisfied and will recommend them to anyone needing repairs to their garage door.

I have seen Precision Garage Door trucks in my neighborhood over the years so when I came home and garage door would open only a few inches, I knew who to call. Could have had a technician within a couple of hours of my call (impressive) but elected to schedule for the next day. Bob called about 20 minutes ahead of arriving. When he arrived, he did a thorough check of the garage door, coils, cables, track, sensors, etc. I knew the coil was broken but he pointed out a number of other things in need of repair. He provided a quote with the critical repair items and also quoted on the non-essential repair items. I really appreciated the time he took to explain what all was causing the door not to open - it is obvious he knows what he's doing. Very polite, professional and even swept out the garage after he was done! I'm going to tell my neighbors and friends about the positive experience I had with Precision Garage Door.

During the past several years, I began noticing my ceiling slowly dropping. One area in particular. The garage door supports were not properly installed when I had the new garage put in. I chose Precision Overhead Garage Door because we purchased our garage door from them. The technician arrived as expected and thoroughly evaluated the door. No specific problems were found but he re-adjusted several areas of the door hardware. He explained in detail what he had found and what he had done. The door now operates more quietly and smoothly. There was no charge for his services. I am very pleased with his analysis and his work to improve operation of the door. Chris, the technician that came out was very knowledgeable and also helped me replace my header board that was cracked and the wrong depth. Was fast at replacing my torsion springs and did a thorough inspection of my door and found two cracked hinges adjusted everything and was on his way.
