Door would not close either with the remote, wall switch or app. It just made a clicking sound. Closed the door manually. Called for service, they answered within a minute. Very courteous and very helpful. She made an appointment for me. She said a technician will be coming in between a four hour window. It’s Sunday! Technician was here half an hour. Diagnose was swift and repaired done fast. Door works fine and as it should. Very satisfied and will recommend them to anyone needing repairs to their garage door.

I have seen Precision Garage Door trucks in my neighborhood over the years so when I came home and garage door would open only a few inches, I knew who to call. Could have had a technician within a couple of hours of my call (impressive) but elected to schedule for the next day. Bob called about 20 minutes ahead of arriving. When he arrived, he did a thorough check of the garage door, coils, cables, track, sensors, etc. I knew the coil was broken but he pointed out a number of other things in need of repair. He provided a quote with the critical repair items and also quoted on the non-essential repair items. I really appreciated the time he took to explain what all was causing the door not to open - it is obvious he knows what he's doing. Very polite, professional and even swept out the garage after he was done! I'm going to tell my neighbors and friends about the positive experience I had with Precision Garage Door.

Extremely satisfied with the whole experience. I really appreciated a technician could come after 5pm so I did not have to take some time off. Everything has been taken care of in one call and one day. The technician called before arriving. John Duff was very professional and knowledgeable, went beyond his job by removing the old motor and replacing a few screws and other things, I really appreciated the way he fixed everything and explained along the process. Such a relieve to see a job well done and deal with a great team! I will definitely call them when I decide to change my garage door. Thank you again John, great job!

Precision installed a new door 11 years ago that performed flawlessly during this time. Sunday a spring broke. I called Precision Sunday morning and Brian Harmon arrived at 4 that afternoon. Springs were replaced, the door was serviced and we are hoping to get another 11 years before we have to call Precision again.

My name is Pat. I've been living in Largo for 9 years. Around that time I called Precision Garage Door Service to replace my garage door. During the past several years, I began noticing my ceiling slowly dropping. One area in particular. The garage door supports were not properly installed when I had the new garage put in. I called to report it. I must admit, I was a little harsh to the lady who answered the phone and took notes onmy complaints. Within minutes, two gentlemen cam yo my house to checkout the ceiling and knew immediately what was wrong. Their names? Bob and Travis. Within minutes I knw they were not only extremely helpful and knowledgeable, but they were very helpful and respectful. I apologized for my my actions on the phone. After they repaired the runner, and also offered to pay for the damages to my ceiling...What? We talked about, where they were from. Sports,Tom Brady and my past occupation, Music. I could go on and on. I want everyone to know I'm giving, not a 5 star, but a 10 star, to Precision, and their employees for their quick response. Sufficient repair. I chose Precision Overhead Garage Door because we purchased our garage door from them. The technician arrived as expected and thoroughly evaluated the door. No specific problems were found but he re-adjusted several areas of the door hardware. He explained in detail what he had found and what he had done. The door now operates more quietly and smoothly. There was no charge for his services. I am very pleased with his analysis and his work to improve operation of the door. If I ever needed to replace an overhead door, I would go to Precision Overhead Door. Thank you

Chris, the technician that came out was very knowledgeable and also helped me replace my header board that was cracked and the wrong depth. Was fast at replacing my torsion springs and did a thorough inspection of my door and found two cracked hinges adjusted everything and was on his way.

Couldn’t believe I called at 2:00 pm and Stefan arrived before 4:00. Our garage door was not opening. It had frayed wires and broken springs. Stefan was excellent.
