I was very pleased with the quick service I called in the morning by 4:30 pm my new garage opener was installed with a new garage opener for my car was in my possession. The technician Chris who came out, was very pleasant and did a really good job.He noticed there was another problem with my garage door and made me aware. Technician Michael (Mick) installed a rudder under overhead garage door to keep water from leaking into garage when door is closed. Mick is a most pleasant individual, and was clear and thorough with instructions for me to follow for 24 hours after installation. ...........There's no option below to check for the product I purchased. And for service performed, I chose "door repair" which also doesn't describe very well what the job entailed. I first learned of Precision on TV and had them help with another task some time ago, so I felt comfortable calling again to take on this task. Yes, I will call again if and when need be. Thank you!

Great customer service! Noah provided multiple options to fix my broken spring issue on my 16 year old garage door. He replaced both springs, bearings and rail rollers. These people will try to sell you something you don’t need, which is a pretty crooked thing to do especially during this pandemic. Technician did not fix my garage door opener which was “knocked out” by lightning. Tried to sell me a new one when all he really had to do, I finally found out, was reset the one I have by unplugging it and then plugging it back in, which I did. Voila! It now works fine! Stay away!

We've seen numerous Precision advertisements on TV, so we checked out services and reviews on the web. We certainly made the right decision to contact your company. We thought the opener needed repair, but it ended up making more sense to replace.
