Totally happy. I actually used the Clearwater location but nonetheless, everything was great from the gal that scheduled to visit to the tech on site. He gave me many options to fit within my budget. Used them years ago to replace my garage door with a hurricane grade door, and loved the customer service back them which is why I called them for my current issue. Highly recommend to anyone. Thank you all for your superior service all around!

My spring broke on my rather old garage door so I set up an appointment and Mike showed up promptly. He did a wonderful job replacing the spring and worn parts. He was very polite and gladly explained what the various problems and taught me how to take care of the door. Definitely earned a 5 star rating.

OUSTANDING SERVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! When my garage door spring broke, I was able to schedule a technician to come out for a same-day appointment (on a SUNDAY) using their website scheduler. The Technician (Cameron) arrived at the scheduled time, provided an accurate estimate, and replaced the springs, all within less than 1 hour. I will definitely use Precision Garage Door Service again if I need any other repairs to my garage door.

I have used Precision Garage Door for many years. Why, because from making the initial call to getting the technician out they have been professional, caring and efficient. Luke was the technician this time and like all of the technicians I have had he was on time, courteous and besides being knowledgeable of their products he explained the product and how to use and how to keep it in working order. They do not try up-selling a product to make a sell. When I explained how heavy the door was to open after the hurricanes and it seemed to be slow at times I felt something might be wrong, he explained about have heavier springs to lift the heavy duty hurricane door that I had installed last year and not lessening the motor life of the opener. I agreed to the change and it made a big difference. Thanks to Luke I remain a happy customer.

I called concerning a spring that broke the previous evening . Adam was here as scheduled in the morning and was very good at explaining everything . After he measured the springs to get the correct replacement part he showed me a couple of other parts that were well worn and would no doubt cause an issue possibly in the very near future . Although I spent more than I had planned , I went ahead with replacing the recommended parts to prevent another inconvenient breakdown . Adam completed the installation of all the parts in a timely manner . He was courteous , professional and very good at explaining everything .

First I got three quotes. Precision was the last one i got a quote from. I got three quotes from the sales rep with an explanation for each one. All were up to code for hurricane. No high pressure sales just the facts of what could be purchased. Today was the install. Jesus was the installer. He came to the house on time, introduced himself and set to work. Great job done and I couldn’t be more pleased. Great team to work with. I would highly recommend this company.
