These people will try to sell you something you don’t need, which is a pretty crooked thing to do especially during this pandemic. Technician did not fix my garage door opener which was “knocked out” by lightning. Tried to sell me a new one when all he really had to do, I finally found out, was reset the one I have by unplugging it and then plugging it back in, which I did. Voila! It now works fine! Stay away!

Very Happy with my new Garage Door set-up. Keng B. was very courteous and helpful. I was working while the service call took place and Keng kept me updated with pictures and explanations of the damage to my current system. He gave me some options without pressuring me. I know you exclusively from TV. I was long overdue for tending to my overhead door...needing new bottom panel and rubber seal to keep water out. Dorian Hurricane threat prompted me to tend to the door sooner than later, so I was pleasantly surprised about your 24/7 service and was given an appointment for the very next day. Individual who showed up was extremely personable, pleasant, honest, and went the distance by spraying all door joints, making the door surprisingly quieter....in addition to having installed a new rudder at bottom of door and pounding out a slight dent in middle of bottom panel. He couldn't replace the bottom panel because Precision doesn't cover the brand of door I purchased 15+ years ago, which didn't matter because quality of the end product of work was excellent and well deserving of a 5 star rating.

Chad replaced inadequate springs with heavy duty, worn rollers, bearings, electric eyes and adjustments. Operation has gone from a 3 to a 10. Chad explained what was lacking and what corrections needed to be done. Chad completed the work efficiently and left no residue. Great job and employee.
