Called last Tuesday before the hurricane because the chain broke. I was given an appointment for Tuesday 10/15 12-4, received call to reschedule for the 17th. Chris was here today and fixed the problem. I have never had any issues with Precision when I call. Their technicians do a fantastic job, are knowledgeable. I chose Precision because of its vast word-of-mouth reputation, and I was not disappointed. My garage ceiling had collapsed, taking out the trigger wiring and sensors. I initially planned to have the old Craftsman unit rewired, remotes replaced, and new panels. Because the cost of reconstructing my old garage door opener was close to the cost of a new updated and more powerful one, I opted for that. My installer, Lucas Wyngarden, was thoroughly professional, very polite, and exceptionally efficient. Elapsed time from Lucas pulling up to give me the initial estimate/quote to being completely finished, cleaned up, paid, and pulling away: 1hr, 59 minutes. Absolutely astonishing.

Quick and professional response to the call for repair and scheduling the work. Serviceman Cheney was courteous and knowledgeable answering all the questions and explaining the problems. he did a great job making all the repairs. only thing I would have liked to see is some kind of a discount since I had the original garage door installed by Precisions and it was an expensive door. I would have expected some discounts as a return customer. The repair cost of $2044.00 seems a bit expensive.
