Disappointed with the outcome of our service call. The primary issue was a single broken spring. When Service person came out they replaced the spring under Warranty (spring replaced by Precision less than 3 years ago), but they also performed a hard sell on my wife to have the unbroken spring replaced and three other parts due to "potential safety" issues. So where my bill should have been just a Service Charge for the Warranty work, Service Tech basically strong armed my wife into thinking we needed all the other work that cost almost $1,000. I feel we were taken advantage of by the Service Tech.

It was a Sunday morning and the garage door would rise about 3" and stop, but the opener ran the full cycle. Called Precision Garage Door and Travis Sanferraro arrived about an hour later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and it was bad news. The opener was bad and not repairable. I selected a new model which Travis had in his vehicle.
