Robert the installer was friendly and got right to work . He did the install by himself and had it done in about 4 hours. They did a great job my garage door was in shambles , the spring was broken , the chain was broken , Austin did the repair all within 3 1/2 hours and replace the whole system with Wi-Fi Bluetooth technology we can close the door with the local remote or with our phone with the Aladdin app he explained it very well. Mr. Harris arrived on time and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes—a faulty wire on the safety beam. After repairing that issue, he checked the rest of the system and lubricated it. Given that the system is under warranty there was no charge for his service visit. We were impressed by his professionalism!
