I knew Nick Rossi personally, called him about garage sensor problems, he got me onto the next days schedule. Nick arrived and reviewed and confirmed the problem and took care of it quickly and professionally. There had been slight water intrusion from previous hurricane season, sensors replaced as well as a bracket and cables showing rust. There was another technician along with Nick, (I apologize I don’t remember his name, he was also very personable and professional).

I was not certain which door company to contact so I went with the most recognizable name locally, which was Precision. I contacted them because my garage door would not open or close fully. I called them and they were able to have someone come by later in the day...very convenient! Their technician contacted me before he arrived and was right on time. He quickly assessed that I needed a new belt, since the original belt had broken. Within the hour the job was done and the opener was fully opperational. The technician, whose name I have forgotten was respectful, informative and knowledgeable about my problem. I cannot comment on the price I was charged but it seemed in line with my expectations. I will be contacting Precision for any garage door issues in the future.

Totally happy. I actually used the Clearwater location but nonetheless, everything was great from the gal that scheduled to visit to the tech on site. He gave me many options to fit within my budget. Used them years ago to replace my garage door with a hurricane grade door, and loved the customer service back them which is why I called them for my current issue. Highly recommend to anyone. My spring broke on my rather old garage door so I set up an appointment and Mike showed up promptly. He did a wonderful job replacing the spring and worn parts. He was very polite and gladly explained what the various problems and taught me how to take care of the door. Definitely earned a 5 star rating.

I purchased a new Genie garage door opener with key pad from Precision and they installed the unit about a year ago. Everything was working beautifully until the outside key pad stopped working today. I assumed it needed new batteries. When I attempted to remove the cover to the key pad, it appeared stuck and I didn't want to force it and risk breaking the plastic cover. So, I called Precision Garage Door's phone number. It is delightful to hear a real voice on the other end of the line vs an automated message. I explained the problem I was having and the agent got somebody our here right away within 30 minutes of my phonecall! A nice young man greeted me and quickly opened the key pad cover and showed me how to correctly install two new AAA batteries, which I had on hand. I am so grateful for their quick response even for the simplest of tasks!

The only company we used since we bought our Townhome in 2011.Adam dig an excellent job. No pressure on what I should replace. I told him replace everything. The only thing left is the door opener. The door will probably last longer then me. Great job. Adam was slim so he had to fit behind my suv with very little room between him and the door. Great tech. Better not lose him. Thanks

Isak, our Garage Door Repair Technician was awesome. He even called to let me know what time he would be arriving. He was friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He explained to me what needed to be fixed and prepared a quote. He completed the work the same day. He even managed to work around all the items we have stored in our garage. We are so happy our garage door is working now. He even programmed our remote garage door openers and our cars. He asked me to save his direct cell number in case we had any other questions.
