I have to say. I was bracing for a hard sell and instead what Jordan provided was an in-depth tutorial on what my options were, the pros and cons of each, and a pricing estimate. He was a pleasure to deal with and I received excellent customer service and the quote within minutes of his visit. Also, The quote was more affordable than I had expected with all the bells and whistles.

I asked Precision for a quote on my garage door springs. I was told by another company I needed to have them replaced. They sent Jordan Earhart. What a nice guy. It turns out I don't need to replace them yet. Jordan checked the springs and the date on the springs. They were working fine and only from 2021. I will make sure to use Percision when I do need to replace them. I am really impressed. Great company, and honest.
