I have used Precision Garage door service several times in the past. They always do an excellent job. They show up when they say they will, their techs are well trained to perform the services that I needed. Don't bother to shop the other door companies, it doesn't cost anymore to get the best. The cables on my single door garage door came off while I was opening the door. The spring was intact so I was not sure why this had happened. I called Precision and setup a appointment. The technician was prompt and called before his arrival. The technician troubleshot the issue and explained that the springs were worn out and most likely caused the cables to come off. He explained the options for repair and we discussed the cost. We agreed on the single door repair and I asked him for recommendations on the other garage door. I decided to go ahead and have the other door serviced at the same time. I did not feel pressured in any manner and the technician was very professional. I did not check around for other prices but the cost of the material seemed in line to what I saw on the internet. I needed some additional parts due to the age of the doors. This is where you need to trust the garage technician and I was good with what he had recommended. The overall cost was more then I anticipated but I feel I got a professional job at a fair price. Overall I was very satisfied with the service.

Mike kept us informed of his estimated arrival time and did arrive within our appointment window. He analyzed our situation and clearly explained several options for fixing it. When we decided what we wanted to do, he began immediately to make the repair...we were very satisfied with his technical ability to do the install required and in his ability to communicate our options in a way we could understand. Would definitely have Mike return if we need service again, but hope we won

Keith came out to our house to give our garage door a tune-up. He suggested we think about replacing the original motor and we agreed the garage door made a tremendous amount of noise. We decided to replace the opener and within an hour it was done. He ended up coming back to our house later in the evening to replace the outside control panel that was not operating properly. The entire time, Keith was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend Precision to others-thank you!

WOW! I had an excellent experience with your company. This was the first time I had the need for your services. I appreciated the prompt response to my desperate need, as well as the expertise demonstrated by the technician(Michael Wallace. I am a single parent with 3 jobs and today found myself preparing to work a 12 hour day only to find my car was locked in the garage and the door would not work. After my phone call to your company the technician arrived 3 hours later at a time that was convenient for me, and repaired my door within about 45 minutes. The tech for the garage door repair just left and he did a great job! I can't even hear the door going up or coming down! Before, it was jangle, bang, crash, screech. Lots of extras on the new model and Bob the technician even called his boss to upgrade the original job order to a better product at the same price. Thank you, thank you Carlos! Bob was so nice and very informational about my door's problems and possible fixes and what type of product would best suit the situation. No pressure, lots of personal experience with the products and knew his stuff!! The work was done quickly, he stayed later to finish completely and even went over everything about my new opener so that I felt comfortable using it. Explained about updated home codes that were needed with new garage doors and openers and how they would affect my garage and how this model would save electricity as well. As I said, he knew his stuff! Called to say he was on his way, on time, very considerate and helpful. He even helped me with a light I was hanging in the laundry room because he is soooo tall! Little things like that are greatly appreciated. So, I bow to you and thank you profusely, Bob the garage door guy! You are indeed a great asset to the company and all your help was very much appreciated and needed. You made my week!
