Garage door needed replacing. I called Precision and a tech came out next day. Bryan and I discussed different options and once the proper opener was selected he immediately set to work removing the old unit and installing the new unit. He worked efficiently and the job was completed in less than 2 1/2 hours. He even adjusted the door springs that were installed by Precision several years ago. He also reprogrammed our cars on-board opener. All the while answering any questions I presented to him. Great service Bryan!

Had a clunking noise when garage closed. Sean came to check it out. He did a great job, and even though I was one of his last stops after a long day, he was courteous, friendly, and genuinely happy to help me. I can’t say enough to describe my satisfaction with Precision. They have and are, a FIRST CLASS operation. A five star review is truly an understatement to say the least. From the initial phone call to the mobile sales rep to job completion (including a follow up satisfaction call) and WAY BEYOND including warranty even though the reason for my knowledge of the warranty was do to operator error. If that is not enough for this review to convince you they are worthy of your business, let me say one more thing. I have had the privilege of talking to several employees of Precision and each and every one of them at some point in the conversation told me how good the company treats them all the way upto and more importantly beginning with the owner. As a retired business owner myself, this not only impressed me, it also made me look back at my career and wonder if my employees would have had the same to say about me and my company. Especially with the same enthusiasm as every employee I had interaction with from Precision. I think several would have but if I were being honest, not with a 100% rate like this company. Excellent service! Joshua arrived on schedule after calling to inform us he was on his way. He wore a mask while speaking with us, which we appreciated. I am so glad I went with Precisionfor my new garage door. It is exactly what I was expecting. I chose Precision because everyone I talked to about getting a new door recommended them and I wanted a company that would be there if I needed them. Melanie the technician who came out to measure was very helpful and explained all the tings I needed to do before installation. I have an older home and needed new wiring for the opener. Robert the installer was friendly and got right to work . He did the install by himself and had it done in about 4 hours. Robert explained everything I needed to know about the door and opener and he helped me move some things back in the garage and left the work area clean before he left. This is truly a 5 star company.

Had a great experience with Precision garage door! We love our garage door ! Everyone always says how quiet it is! Well a spring broke yesterday , Precision came right out and fixed ! The tech said good news springs are covered for 7 years , ours was 6 years old. He fixed it and was set to leave. I asked “wait no charge at all? “ He said “no ma’am” . I said “not even a service call or labor fee ?” He said “ No, have a great evening” We are happy customers for sure !

I would recommend this company to anybody. They did a great job my garage door was in shambles , the spring was broken , the chain was broken , Austin did the repair all within 3 1/2 hours and replace the whole system with Wi-Fi Bluetooth technology we can close the door with the local remote or with our phone with the Aladdin app he explained it very well. Give this guy a raise. If you do I’ll send “all” my doctor friends to you as well.

Mr. Harris arrived on time and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes—a faulty wire on the safety beam. After repairing that issue, he checked the rest of the system and lubricated it. Given that the system is under warranty there was no charge for his service visit. We were impressed by his professionalism!

My door was binding and wouldn't always go down completely before it would automatically retract back up. The technician Izak came out and adjusted the door, the spring, and the door opener and got the door working smoothly again. He was warm, friendly, and explained things in an understandable manner. Was charged 2- twice the price that Overhead garage door of clearwater, 727-524-1000 quoted for the replacement of the same springs. Went with Precision by mistake as it was an emergency and the had an answering service. Live and learn to get more than one price quote. Will neve use 0Prevision again.
