Booked a service call online to have a broken spring replaced on our garage door. Technician arrived on scheduled day and gave us several options to fix our problem. Once he knew our preference, he promptly got the repair done. The paid invoice and warranty information was also sent via email within less than an hour of the repair. Problem solved easily!

Precision Garage Door continues to be my go-to business for all things related to my garage door - repairs, new parts, and service. Recently had Ryan Hunt out to the house for routine maintenance. While he handled that professionally, he also recommended some repairs that would be good for long-term care of the new motor. He worked hard to arrive at a fair price (BTW, Carlos the owner, and the other managers, have always been very fair regarding pricing). Disappointed with the outcome of our service call. The primary issue was a single broken spring. When Service person came out they replaced the spring under Warranty (spring replaced by Precision less than 3 years ago), but they also performed a hard sell on my wife to have the unbroken spring replaced and three other parts due to "potential safety" issues. So where my bill should have been just a Service Charge for the Warranty work, Service Tech basically strong armed my wife into thinking we needed all the other work that cost almost $1,000. I feel we were taken advantage of by the Service Tech.

I called precision because I needed to have my broken opener assessed for repair quickly to facilitate the sale of my house. On coming out, the technician evaluated the opener and pronounced it broken beyond repair, which I was confident was the case. I didn't want to have a new unit installed in a house I'm preparing to sell so the technician led me through the process of replacement so I could pick up a cheap unit at Home Depot and install it myself. I've always trusted precision with my needs, but this display of honesty went above and beyond. Thanks precision!

Richard A Genereau came and installed a Genie garage door opener..the other opener circuit board had several burnt out circuit and too it was 21 yrs old..he evacuated all parts of door unit and found worn out parts, now all brand new..Richard was very professional and thorough, patient..he was here 3 hrs but knows his job..I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors..

It was a Sunday morning and the garage door would rise about 3" and stop, but the opener ran the full cycle. Called Precision Garage Door and Travis Sanferraro arrived about an hour later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and it was bad news. The opener was bad and not repairable. I selected a new model which Travis had in his vehicle. He had it installed plus had the car and hand held remotes programmed in under an hour.

I have used this company several times. Had them come out to see if they could fix one of the hinges on one of the panels. Dylan showed me that a few more were ready to do the same. we went over what they had so we got a new one. He got me the military discount. The here the next day and in about 3 hours it was completed. they did a wonderful job.
