Had a great experience with Precision garage door! We love our garage door ! Everyone always says how quiet it is! Well a spring broke yesterday , Precision came right out and fixed ! The tech said good news springs are covered for 7 years , ours was 6 years old. He fixed it and was set to leave. I asked “wait no charge at all? “ He said “no ma’am” . They did a great job my garage door was in shambles , the spring was broken , the chain was broken , Austin did the repair all within 3 1/2 hours and replace the whole system with Wi-Fi Bluetooth technology we can close the door with the local remote or with our phone with the Aladdin app he explained it very well. Mr. Harris arrived on time and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes—a faulty wire on the safety beam. After repairing that issue, he checked the rest of the system and lubricated it.
