We had used your company before with satisfaction. When the garage door wouldn't work, with our car trapped inside, we called and were pleased to have Ryan, the tech come within an hour, as I recall. We were pleasantly surprised that there was no charge for this service as the previous work and product were under warranty. Two days ago after pulling the car into the garage, the door began to sag, going about 1/3 of the way down. This was about 4:30 pm. The next day right on schedule Ryan returned and fixed the problem, again with no charge. Your company has been very responsive, fair, and pleasant to work with. We particularly found your technician, Ryan, to be easy to work with. He explained all the work and did it in a timely fashion.
