I received excellent service from the technician who preformed repair work on my garage door. The door was damaged due to my our fault and the service man didn't make me feel foolish in any way. He was kind and considerate of my feelings, and seemed to understand my home situation. I recently lost my husband due to a lengthy illness and my stress level was way out of proportion. Thank you for being so prompt in taking care of my garage door problem. I certainly appreciate all you have done for me. And may I add, the technician deserves a raise in pay! He was super.
