Precision Garage Doors are top notch! They installed a new garage door for us last year (which works great), and at the time we opted not to have a remote keypad opener installed. But after several mishaps with my wife and daughter being locked out of the house I called Precision to install the keypad for us. Nelson came out about two hours after I called and had it installed in less than 30 minutes! Precision is really a class act and a pleasure to do business with.

Precision performed previous repairs on my garage door and did a great job, so I called them again when a recent storm messed up my sensors. I was able to schedule the same day, which was very convenient. Jared Ebel was my technician and did an amazing job. He noted my old motor and drive were probably at their end of life (I had also observed this myself) and quoted a replacement with a much quieter WiFi controlled system. He didn’t pressure me at all and let me decide if I wanted to proceed or do the simple repair. The replacement cost was reasonable, and he completed the work promptly. Jared stuck around until everything was adjusted perfectly. I will continue using Precision in the future and recommend to anyone else. Thank you, Jared!
