I used your company before and everything went smoothly. Your service man knew exactly what was wrong fixed it and everything was find again. We as customers don't realize the use we put our garage doors through. I use my door as my primary in and out door. I upgraded springs so as to extend there life in years. This is a great company. All their workers are so professional and polite. I had my door installed and the AC people ruined my motor. Precision Door came out and fixed it quickly. Recently I had an issue with water coming in a corner of the garage. The rubber lining at the bottom had moved and frayed in one corner. No worries, it was under warranty two years later! The tech also set up the remote door opener on my phone. I can’t say enough good things about this company.

This is a repost. The tech was just Here on Friday as I called to replace the rubber seal on the bottom of the door which precision installed in 2018. Tech advised my rollers were ending their life so I agreed to replacement. He released tension on the springs as I had said I had precision installed battery backup last year as I couldn’t open door during a power outage last year. Well today I have new issue opening door and it is making loud noise I was giving window for the new tech to come out today again Didn’t expect issues on a new door only 7 years old

Manuel Planos came to inspect the 37 year old garage door of our recently purchased home in Countryclub Estates. Noisy, squeaky, scary, drafty and sorely in need of an overhaul and update. Manuel patiently and professionally went through every part explaining what was good, what was lacking and why. Then quoted options and provided his expert opinion. 3 hours later I have a state of the art, quiet, smooth operating garage door with a 5 year trouble free warranty. All this at a reasonable price (less than half the cost of new). That's what I call 5 Star. New Motor, new glides, new pro-grade " springs, new wire spools, new bearings, new remotes, a total overhaul but saved the heavy duty door.

I am adding to the stack of 5-star reviews. Alex is a consummate representative of a great organization. He is an excellent communicator and competent/skilled in his approach to issues. Precision installed the current door in 2016. Prior to a recent power outage there were no issues with the door or the installation. When trying to open the door during a recent outage I found it quite heavy, and it would not remain open without being held; now requiring two people to get a car out of the garage. I looked at the horizontal track and attributed the issue to the angle of the door track and called Precision. Alex arrived as scheduled for the appointment the same day I called. He explained that over time metal fatigue reduced the strength of the springs and that was the root cause. After a full review of the state of the other components, he provided a comprehensive recommendation (with choices clearly explained). We agreed on the options; he affected the repairs, and insured he left no debris behind when he was done. It doesn't get any better than this

Two years ago Precision installed a new Genie garage door opener. By the way, they did a great job in record time. When the opener malfunctioned I called the office and a very personable young lady took all my information and quickly told me the opener was still under warranty as well as QUICKLY arranging a service call the very next day. As promised technicians showed up after having left a message that they were on the way. Within less than an hour I had a brand new opener that apparently comes with a new 3 year warranty. It doesn’t get any better than that! Thank you Precision for being a company that people can trust.

Precision Garage Doors are top notch! They installed a new garage door for us last year (which works great), and at the time we opted not to have a remote keypad opener installed. But after several mishaps with my wife and daughter being locked out of the house I called Precision to install the keypad for us. Nelson came out about two hours after I called and had it installed in less than 30 minutes! Precision is really a class act and a pleasure to do business with.
