I called Precision because they are the company that installed my garage door opener in 2013. The garage door was not going down and thought it was the sensor but a week later it was working again. I decided to have it serviced anyway to make sure it wouldn't happen again. Travis came out, was very personable and professional. He suggested I might want to replace the springs and bearings because they were starting to wear. There was no pressure on his part. Travis also replaced my outside keypad with a used one he happened to have. Travis also walked me through showing me how to apply lubricant to the garage door hinges before he left. I am very satisfied with Precision and the service Travis provided.

Precision arrived within 2 hours of call for assistance with broken spring. Technician inspected the entire door and identified other needed repairs, since to door was over 20yrs. old. Repair options and parts were thoroughly explained prior to starting work. Job completed within 2 hrs. and the door works better than ever. Not happy.. I paid $50 for the gentleman to come out. Adjust some screws. Tell me that he couldn’t find anything wrong and the garage door is still sticking when you open it. It hesitates and doesn’t go up so no I’m not happy with your service. Renee

I have been using Precision for about 20 years because the service is outstanding. This job was no exception, it was a very expensive job which I could have probably done cheaper by buying the parts on my own and hiring an installer but knowing I had a true pro doing the work was well worth it which is what I got. The GFI breaker on the garage door opener motor tripped during a storm with lightning. I called the office and the friendly young lady set an appointment. The Precision "tech" arrived on time and found the tripped GFI right away. I had checked the breaker box but forgot the GFI in the wall "plug in." I was willing to pay for a service call but was told no charge for a simple fix. I will continue to use Precision for all my work. Thank you and Merry Christmas to all.
