Timothy replaced our garage door motor today. He was a friendly, honest and took all precautions that was needed to have the job done. I would recommend him to any one who this type of service.

Precision Tech Robert Trotter installed a new PDS-800 w/7' Chain Drive. Tech Trotter was knowledgeable and professional and recommended a new system PDS-800) as the old Craftsman Opener 5hp sprocket was not repairable. Tech Trotter did a nice job.

My garage door was broken and I called precision. In less than an hour my bill was $930. And my door fixed. Maybe $75 was parts. I was told he would be here for at least 2 hours. He wasn’t. I was overcharged for a basic repair. He even said he had to work hard to fix it. Always get a few bids. I didn’t. This bid was written by hand on blank paper. ???????? Also no invoice or receipt after?
