He diagnosed the problems with the opener and some other issues and affected repaired. I have used Precision for many years. However, Hurricane Helene hit us hard and damaged all three of our garage doors. When I called them about my doors expecting to have to wait weeks for an appointment, they said that they would have someone out the next day. I was astonished. When the service tech showed up the next day, I figured that he was just there to survey the damage and give me an estimate for the repair. Again, I was astonished when he said that he was there to fix the doors, not just inspect them. It turns out that they had brought in extra help from all over the country. Our guy, sadly I have forgotten his name--but he was awesome, told me that he was from Ohio and when he landed they had a truck outfitted and stocked waiting for him. He gave me a list of what needed to be fixed and a price. I agreed and he went right to work. By the end of the afternoon, my doors were repaired and back in operation.
